I had an eating disorder in my early teens, and it caused my hair to irreversably thin out a little.
I get so annoyed when people comment on it, even if they aren't trying to be mean...It's like, yes, I have flaws! I am aware of that, you don't need to point it out to me :/

Biotin, you can buy it pretty much anywhere. I took them to make my nail healthier due to my thyroid, lupus, cancer. They worked really well, so well in fact I had to shave my legs more it caused my hair to grow faster. I think the bottle was around $5.

You are lovely. I recommend using an apple cider vinegar rinse as conditioner. Add about 2 tbsps to a drinking cup of water and pour it through your hair and leave it sit like conditioner. Then rinse. My hair has gotten incredibly thick and long from doing it over a year now.

For somebody who has naturally thick, long, and extremely fast growing hair, I always feel really bad for people who struggle with hair growth problems. I wish I could give you some of my locks :(
It's probably mostly based on genetics, but my best advice to keep hair healthy is to not wash it too often, try to keep those natural oils up in there as much as possible. Once my hair gets greasy I put it in a ponytail for a day before I wash it, perfect way to hide that grease. When I do wash it, I always use conditioner on the bottom part of my hair after, with the same reasons as why you put moisturizer on after washing your face :)
Not sure if this is useful to anybody but I thought I'd share my advice anyway lol

Since you already know about the awesomeness that is Paula's Choice, might I suggest trying out the Hyaluronic serum for plumping and protecting the under eye area. I was able to actually SEE a difference within one day.

I got the fresh sugar lip serum sample as well and I loved it. The texture didn't bother me at all. I would always put it on, let it sink in, and put lip balm over it before I went to bed and it really seemed to help me wake up with softer lips. Send me the rest of your sample! I was so sad when I ran out of mine because it's just way to expensive to justify purchasing the full size.
I remember in one of your other videos you were so happy to get rid of the tart powder

The Covergirl Super sizer mascara is ugggggh so so so good. It's the only mascara I will use from now on. I've already been through like 2-3 tubes. I could never get tired of it!!

When ever a shampoo stops working just use a clarifying shampoo for a few washes and retry your shampoo . Hope it works

One of the BEST BEST BEST hair care lines for thin hair is Shea moisture. My hair has finally began to grow back. One huge rule for thin hair, is always always use natural products!!!!

Yes, I have very fine, very thin hair. I am obsessed with their new weightless line, and manuka honey line. Its buy one get one free at ULTA all the time. It is seriously the best stuff ever. And smells amazing.

I have thin, fine hair, too. Nobody comments except a hair stylist once who was terrible and kept wringing out my hair like a dish towel, and a doctor who was seeing me for dermatitis. I'm healthy, it's a thing called genetics. Nobody else really notices except to compliment on the color/style/whatever. RUclips is just a really strange place where nobody has any filter. I hope you aren't letting the weirdoes get to you.

2) I, personally, watch 99% of youtubers on 2x speed. I find a lot of people talk so slowly that I get bored. (Blame the ADHD) As a result I can listen to people talk really fast and I get through videos faster.

I love the Aveeno makeup wipes!! The Neutrogena one has nothing on it for all the attention it gets on YT. Haha the Aveeno wipes themselves feel so thick and plush. 😄
Same thing happened to me, I had a favorite handcreme for so many years, since I was a kid. And then they changed the design of the "bottle" and it just wasn't the same. I even did a costumer review-thingie to say whatever they did to change the handcream, it wasn't working for me. And they said they had not done anything to the formula, only the design... Weird :)

With the shampoo/conditioner it's also possible with the change in water it won't work as well. They may have changed the formula too.

I hear you on the thinning hair. I have a thyroid problem and I have to take treatment for it. It sucks. I take skin hair and nails I think it helps. Love the lip color on you :)
