I love the stitch fix videos but prefer when Dan is not in them as others have said. He really just looks so bored and is yawning through them. I like the cardigan, I just think that paired with the dress, it did not look good but would be cute with something else!

Girl, too expensive for nothing exciting. Sorry. Take that money a go out shopping and find things you really love, not that you’re trying to love to not waste the styling fee. The cardigan is not cute and you’re always hot and summer is around the corner. The shirt and skort combo was cute but very basic for the price. The dress would be fine if you had an occasion to wear it too. Take that money and go thrifting!
I don’t think she has that choice. I think stitch fix pays her in credit only and that’s why she has to spend it on their stuff. Could be wrong but pretty sure she said that in one of her vids.

I’m sorry but I think you need to cut Dan from the videos. He doesn’t add anything but make the videos awkward. It feels like you’re just trying to impress him instead of enjoy the clothes yourself. You can tell when you really like an item and he doesn’t. If he cared about fashion I think this video would be amazing

When she is trying on clothes and he is there her whole personality changes into trying to impress him. Side note, I wish if he was gonna be in a video about fashion he would at least put on a pair of blue jeans and not stay in his pajama pants and hoodie. That’s all we ever see him in. Don’t get me wrong I work from home so I’m in my pajama 90% of the time but if significant other wanted me in a video I would spend 5 minutes putting real clothes on

I noticed that all these clothes are styles that have been in these boxes for years. Stitch fix needs to update their styles with the trends.

I think I've made this suggestion before but maybe do the preview of all the clothes at the end along with the price reveal after you've showed us all the stuff you got? It kind of takes the fun out of seeing what you wound up with if we see it all beforehand if that makes sense-do what you will, but I'll still keep skipping the intro to get to the try on 😅

I liked the dress, skort, flutter sleeved shirt. The darker color of the dress really looked pretty on you! Nothing wrong with your arms. You are just like the rest of us, not perfect but perfect for who we are. :)

The dress is actually really cute on you. I think if you wanted to keep it, you could wear it with a shawl or light cardigan for summer, or pair it with a heavier cardigan/jacket and some boots in the fall. I also love the skort! Cardigan is meh.

I couldn't agree more, it's not enjoyable to watch at all.
Just a note on Rayon fabric -- I have no issues machine washing in cold water on delicate...never put in the dryer!! That stiffness goes away when the fabric dries and you iron or steam. I have only ever experienced minimal issues with a few items shrinking in length. I used to strictly dry clean my rayon pieces, but for environmental reasons, I just do it myself now.

I think the skort is technically too big for you, but also something you can get a lot of wear out of in warmer months and something you can still feel good in even if you're maybe feeling bloated or something, so nothing wrong with it being a little big.
those rayon shirts like that are so super easy to wash up by hand and let hang dry

First you are beautiful! Eyes to die for. So when Dan says something isn’t his style…he’s a man in a pull over hoodie and pajama bottoms like, I’m not exactly getting GQ style vibes from him for one and for two, these clothes aren’t for him so….maybe Dan could hang out with his dudes while you film try on videos.
The pattern on the green styled top is weird. It’s too short and boxy. Old Navy has some linen boyfriend shirts that you might like better. The striped shirt and skort are really cute and are the right length. Great job coordinating the cardigan and dress. The cardigan is great and the dress is just ok and maybe .5-1 inch too long but looks comfy. I might be getting the skort and cardigan myself if the cardigan is not acrylic. Is the cardigan a light enough weight for summer?
I thought all of the items looked good. I liked that you could interchange everything because the colors mesh well. I understand not feeling it though. Sometimes clothes just don’t feel right, and if you don’t feel good, it won’t look as good and you’ll never wear it. :)
Very true. Just under a month ago I found a pair of white linen pants, the beach wear type. These fit me perfectly in length which is something I have a hard time finding in most pants. I held onto them all the while looking for a shirt that would go well with them. I just couldn't find anything. Before I went to return them I tried once more at Target and the same store I bought them at. I tried on 3 shirts. 1 would have worked if I kept it unbuttoned but I didn't want to be limited to just that style so I had no choice but to return them. Hated that I had to return them but if I'm not going to wear them what's the point in keeping them, right? Yrs ago I would have held onto them hoping that I'd eventually find something to pair with it only to see them never to be used. Such a waste of money and space. Glad I've grown out of that frame of mind, lol...
Even though I'll never do SF I love when you do these videos. I agree. No need keeping something you won't get any use out of. Unfortunately I didn't like anything in this fix. I was surprised to see that shoe brand listed. I own a pair of dresser shoes from them but I didn't pay anywhere near that price. I bought them at Kohl's and yes, they are the same color as the ones they suggested for you, lol. I'm glad you didn't keep the Cardigan. It was too short somehow and looked bulky. I'd really love to see you try a different style of dressing Cassie. They have some really cute clothes out there that I think you could rock. Maybe just try doing one outfit then branch out from there 🤷♀️ Please don't take this the wrong way because I don't mean it in a negative way. I know you struggle with body issues. Most of us do but that doesn't mean you can't wear something a little more hip, in trend, etc. That's why I suggested starting out slowly until you feel more comfortable. Anyhoo, enjoyed the video. I think I received that cardigan too, but it did not work for me in person. Something about the way it just did not fit. It’s hard to explain, to chunky? I sent it back, it wasn’t me. I do like a coordinated cardigan so I can still wear my short sleeved tops. Loved the skort.

I love watching your videos all the way over here in the UK but I'm so sorry those clothes are really bad and old fashioned. You could buy some lovely pieces for those prices to flatter your lovely figure. I don't mind your bf being in the video but i think a females honest opinion would be so much better
The flutter sleeve t-shirt with the skort look very nice on you. I also like the way the green stripe blouse looked (flattering style, pattern and color that can be dressed up or down). Although I thought it worked as is, you could have gone down a size in that one. Not so much a fan of the cardigan or the floral dress (and I'm usually a fan of cardigans, florals and dresses), but that's just my opinion.
When it comes to choosing clothes, if it makes you feel good when you put it on, regardless of what others think, chances are, you've got a winner.

Omg I had no idea Liverpool jeans were above the Target price range, scored a pair for $5 at the thrift, but def agree that’s too much whiskering. Also, mine were barely worn when I got them, but the stretch just started to pucker, so they likely only lasted about 3-4 years. Fine for $5, but for $100, they shouldn’t look crappy that fast.
Ooh damn. Yeah, that shouldn't be happening with pants in that price range. I have an old pair of jeans from Walmart that are at least 10 yrs old. They're reg jeans, not that stretchy type and I know I didn't pay more than $20 for them. They're still going strong. They're my favorite jeans I own. They're from the No Boundary brand. I don't know what they've done to their jeans but I can't find another pair like them ☹ Back then they only came in one color/wash but now when I find a pair that fits just how I like, if they come in other colors/washes I grab them, lol...

Is the cardigan too big in size? Maybe a size smaller would be great? The dress looks great on you, if you wear it with a cardigan (not necessarily this one) The skort could also be a size smaller. It would still give you all the moves!
Skort looks nice but would look better in a smaller size. Dress isn’t nice at all, nor the shirt. T-shirt & cardi are lovely. The dress did not help the cardi. Over a plain white T it would’ve looked really nice.

Unrelated, but have you noticed there seems to be more content about fair olive skin lately? Especially, fair cool or neutral olive? I have dark blonde hair, blue grey eyes and never would've thought I might have an olive undertone, but I started added a sample of NYX's new concealer in the green corrector to my fave foundations. Every single one blended into my skin like I've never seen before. Just wondered if you've ever thought about trying it out for yourself, it's really hard for me to tell who is a fair cool/neutral olive and who isn't... warm olive is much more obvious imo, but there is one influencer, in particular, that made me think differently about it because she looks like your typical blonde hair, blue eyed cool tone person.
I took a chance yesterday when the About Face foundation was on sale and got the lightest olive shade in F2O, apparently it's one of the very few fair olives whatsoever, but especially one that works for fair cool and neutral olive skintones. Hopefully it matches, not totally sure what I'd mix with it if it doesn't.
Cassie definitely isn't a fair olive. She has a cool undertone, no question. And I would suggest she's a winter season, which type of winter, I'm unsure. Warm colours do not suit her at all.
That NYX color corrector is so good. I picked it up by chance because I had a great coupon that I wanted to use plus I've been looking for a color corrector that works for me. I bought the pink shade. I can use it with or without concealer. Set it or not. It's just a great corrector all around... 👍
Dan really liked the dress, it seemed. ☺Maybe you could get it to surprise him on a date-night or something. 😉
Love the Stitch Fix unboxing videos! Some of the pieces looked nice, but as you said, if you don't need them, why bother... Since they seem to send you a lot of RAYON things, would it be helpful to let them know that you don't like RAYON or sleeveless things? Kudos to Dan for doing the review with you even though it's not his thing. The skort and "orange" striped top are very nice on you.
The cardigan is cute, but not with the flower dress. Keep the cardigan and pair it with a sold colored tank, dress, or t-shirt in the same colors as the polka dots. The skirt and flutter blouse are cute.

I never understand your logic with the pricing and the math! If you keep the entire box you 1:01 said it woukd be $134? If you only keep the skort and shirt, the total would be 77. Why not keep the whole box. You like the cardigan and Dan liked the dress on you. You could sell the shirt or give it as a gift to a friend or Mom. Doesn’t make sense to on,y keep two items.
I think all of these items were too big for you. Maybe change your sizes and go down a size or two. The skort was really cute but too big as well. Good luck on your next fix!!

I was wearing skorts in the '80's and they were more like what they gave you in your stitch fix. Then, when I was in high school, they had the ones you were talking about. Those never appealed to me for some reason. But, I liked the style you got in your stitch fix.

Wow. I get so upset checking out the comments on your videos. I watch a lot of youtube. Its my main source of media. And no other channel I watch have so much negativity. Im so sorry you have to deal with this. To those commenting about her partner, personal life and video content: Stop being rude! She is not your friend, relative or coworker! If you actually know her irl you should know better than to comment on personal matters publicly online. And if you are just a viewer, subscriber or supporter: None of this is your/our business! Commenting on her wanting to show her partner in her videos is just as disrespectfull as commenting on someones weight or looks just because they show their face and body in their videos. This is a creator that share parts of her life as content. Her cats, partner and family is big parts of her life and she wants to include them. If you dont like it, watch something else.
