    I like your new space. It's calming and relaxing. I do miss the windows in other precious videos. The natural light is also calming and energizing!

    Thank you for this video which I did today. I don't have the diagnosis but have always wondered if I did have it. My background career was in P.T. as an Assistant so I have a little knowledge and know my body well, of course, unlike my Drs.👎🏼This video helped to relieve some back pain that I normally have daily, for years on end, along with other pain and conditions, so Thank you Melissa! Even if it's just for a short moment of a lower pain level. So I'm a little confused, do you have a Studio where you hold classes? Air B&B? If so, I would love to travel to meet you once day and take some classes. I'm in TX and would love to get out of this State, if even for a little vacation. I use your videos once inawhile among the few Favorite Teachers I have. I use our Roku TV to complete your RUclips videos and I thank you once again. P.S..........Your studio space looks nice @Dr.MelissaOleson 💜

      I don't teach any in person classes at the moment only live online classes inside out membership program.

    Oyyy. internal rotation was tight on the left. It's all so simple and my history of PT, things I've taught patients but never stop and make myself do. I did it with you today and it was nice to spend time taking care of my back and hips! ❤
