Great and thorough review. Thanks. I have the KM18 and while it works well, I really need the power switch. My cigarette lighter has constant power to it when the car is on and off. The only drawback I found with the KM18 is that I plug an iPod into the aux port and have to unplug it to take a call. I don’t have music on my phone because it is a work phone. I did purchase the KM24 though and looking forward to trying it out. I must say the audio quality is pretty good. I used FM transmitters 18 years ago when portable CD players started supporting MP3 disks. The quality has come a long way. Thanks again for you work on this video.

so you cant still send the sound to the car stereo using aux to aux if your stereo has one by passing the fm transmitter? just using bluetooth

What do you mean? They have faster chargers that plug into cars.

With the km22, when yo are talking about the playing modes with USB,
You are stating that the one with the "R" is an "all repeat" function, i am wondering if this is correct. Can you check if this is perhaps a random/shuffle mode like the km20 has?

Once the device has been linked to the car radio, how do you change/search for stations?

KM24 press once to receive a call but the video is edited so we don't see you pressing anything - what did you press?

I want to use a USB drive to play my audio books. When its playing and you stop the car and then you come back to the car and start the car does it then continue to play from where it left off?
Garthy Garth i haven’t been able to make it stay where I left off, it reverts back to the beginning of the track you were on. I tried turning it off prior to shutting off car, that didn’t make a difference. Would love to know if anyone is having any luck.

… Transmitted in FM mono does this transmit an FM stereo Multiplex, I mean on playback can you hear different instruments in each speaker? A lot of people think that “stereo” is the sound coming out of two speakers regardless.
What if you have the calling feature in your car already how do you disable the calling feature on this device
Depending on the phone your are using but on my phone I can turn off phone calling in the bluetooth settings for each device. So you could have the calling off on the Nulaxy device and have mobile calls on for bluetooth in the car.
Hi Brett, the Amazon pages for both state that there's a "Folder Play Mode". Are you able to highlight a folder and tell it to play everything in that folder? Or does that just mean you can browse folders for specific songs?
Do anyone know if u can still use the volume buttons on your steering wheel to control the volume for the transmitter?

I have the km 26. I can’t figure out how to pair it. It shows up on my phone but when I click it it says make sure the device is in range
Maybe you need to reboot your phone.
@@TechWithBrett no. tried that. and once the device is paired then it works fine. but pairing the device to begin with is unsuccessful
I think only the 22 model has the shuffle.

I have a KM22 and I can't shuffle songs on the SD card.
I have tried everything. Bluetooth is connected, volume is up, etc. I does work when I switch songs however I do not hear the music from car speakers. Help please!
did you change your radios fm channel to the one shown on the transmitter?
@Rentzin Yes, a friend of mine had the same one and hers worked so it turned out that I had a falsey one. I went ahead and ordered a new one but got the km24 this time and it works!

As long as the app and device accepts Bluetooth.

head unit is the best quality sound. Bass, acoustics, and drums is crystal clear. capacitive screen touch, wireless. spotify, Netflix , you tube, 5.0 bluetooth, internet great for long drives. Kenwood, pioneer and the like. its a good investment. i can park my car in a deep 3rd level basement and you can still have radio reception. not the DAB though. DAB+ is better FM reception if youre in the city. amazing music

Others have QC 3.0 and 2.4A. Two usb's. This brand has only one poor usb. I say NO NO NO to this product.
