It looks like a Trojan because it was marked as one and the application isn’t verified by anyone so we never know if it’s safe also there is a restore point so we can restore our pc to that period
It isn't a trojan. One av flagged it as one but it is a false positive and is a not well known av. It is 100% safe

Lmao ur special. This isn't a trojan I actually made a video on it myself even virus scanning it. It increases performance because you can disable telemetry services etc which invade privacy but also increase performance and can delete apps, clean temp files and more

lol I highly recommend optimising ur pc. I saw around an 80% increase in fps for most games.

@@KUIJEN8659 im not saying that windows doesn't run with default settings, im saying that windows has a ton of bloatware + other settings to tweak for maximising performance. It is completely up to you whether you want to optimise it or not. Just a suggestion.
