So 4K Gamer Pro just a bad upscaler with too much sharpening, it makes aliasing even more visible, mClassic is way better with its subtle anti-aliasing solution, even if it keeps the picture in 1080p.

The current boost level is high which is the maximum enhancement 4k Gamer Pro has in terms of sharpness, coloring, and depth of field. But that doesn't mean it'll have the best visual experience. That's why we have 3 different upscaling levels to fit different games or needs and you can control the look of your game with 3 upscaling levels of 4K. The gamers like Kirby we suggest using the low level to play and there is much fun to switch between 3 different boost levels :)

In general, mclassic was better, by striking a balance between sufficient sharpness and applying convincing antialiasing to the image.
Or another just applies extreme and uncontrolled sharpness to the fact that it was already quite sawn and still worse, it would be very good if you would also apply a good filter to remove sawing.

It should also be noted that there are various levels of 'enhancement' for the 4K Gamer Pro... from low, mid, high settings... if it looks too sharpened here, that may be the max setting... try a lower one to get a better compromise

Same here, it may be false advertising on the 4K part since it goes up to 1440p but it's good at upscaling and removing jaggies and making a sharper and cleaner image while still looking natural, especially on displays that are 1440p since all the upscaling would be just the Mclassic and nothing else, whereas on a 4K display you get either
      1. 1080p output from the Mclassic that's upscaled a second time to 4K by the TV (if 1440p isn't supported by the TV)
      2. 1440p output that's then upscaled a second time by the TV to 4K

The 4K Gamer Pro looks like if you max out your TV's Sharpness setting.

Yup if you own an Mclassic might as well up the sharpness setting if you want more sharpness for some reason and get both the oversharpened look of the 4K pro while retaining the anti-aliasing of the Mclassic which is key for switch games like the new Kirby one since they're just running at raw pixel counts with no anti-aliasing whatsoever

That what i need it's a device to provide a serious 2x-4x or more MLAA FXAA or any other anti aliasing method and 1080p upscaling for my PS3 Xbox360 and Switch, and i don't understand why it's so difficult to make it.
Mclassic and Mcable it's just ok but not enough and 4k Gamer Pro it's to much expensive and without AA,obviously!
I wish for the future 🙏

I feel like Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom are not meant to be upscaled so much. With such incredibly high detail it just highlights the faults and low ends of the Switch's capabilities and puts them under a spotlight. The mClassic upscales it enough to where it does look better but still has that artistic feel of what BoTW has. It feels like seeing art come to life like if its a painting or something. Too much high definition takes it away and kills the immersion.

I definitely prefer the 4k Gamer over the mclassic considering it upscales far better and has punchy coloring but Mclassic is probably better for most people because it doesn't have jagged edges. Think the 4k gamer pro is just a better bang for your buck. Mclassic is far too subtle in my opinion, it's soft buttery visuals are nice but often times it barely upscales and doesn't up the coloring. Not to mention the 4k gamer does wonders for lighting and shadows. But you can always daisy chain them to get best of both worlds

this sort of technology needs to be in the upgrade, if it comes for a new switch model.
I do wish Nintendo would copy Microsoft duel consoles idea. with a basic and a higher quality model. even if the only offered the higher model via their official stores.
I think the 4k pro looks better. no price tho. so Mclassic looks a decent upgrade too
