    Been looking for an eggless cake recipe for ages as my daughter has an egg allergy. Tried this recipe as cupcakes and baked perfectly, couldn’t even tell it was eggless! Loved by everyone who tasted it. Kept the same measurements, etc, baked for 15 minutes and made 20 cupcakes. Would highly recommend this recipe!! ❤

    Love this recipe. Just yesterday, I made cupcakes out of it. Instead of vanilla, I infused lavender in milk and made cupcakes. Once cooled, I made little pokes and pored lavender milk in the cupcakes to keep it moist. I used store bought cream cheese frosting and added lemon juice and used it for frosting. Tastes awesome!!!! Thank you your recipe!!

    I made this today! I had to leave a comment because of how wonderful the cake turned out.
    I followed the recipe religiously and added the milk while it was hot. And needless to say, the cake turned out to be super moist and spongy.
    Thank you for the lovely recipe and for mentioning the grams/ml along with cup measurements!
    But, it'll be really great if you could add the ingredients in the description box, going forward.

    I have tried several eggless versions of basic cake but nothing came out this spongy and flavourful...I tried this recipe as a base for my honey cake and it turned out excellent...I swear this is the best version of eggless sponge cake....thank u so much mam🤩

    Your recepies are amazing, i tried a few they come out great, but just wanted to give a feedback.. It will be really helpful if you can write down the ingredients and measurements in the description too. Checking it through video becomes very troublesome for beginners like me.
    Other than that, everything about your channel is great 👍👍😁

    It was very cute to see your kids helping out! Thanks for the recipe, I also thought your technique for putting the cooling rack followed by a tea towel looks useful, for some reason I'd never thought of putting a tea towel to protect from the heat of a hot cake!

    Hi, I made this cake over the weekend and it is a good eggless cake. Thank you for the recipe. Did you try this with oil? I am thinking of using it in an ice cream cake. So trying to use oil so the cake won't be as hard when it is frozen

    I made this yesterday and it came out great. Thank you so much! I would reduce the sugar to 3/4 of a cup of you prefer less sweetness. It was a little sweet for me otherwise a great great recipe.

    Hi sushma! I tried this in cooker. 🤪 You see! I burnt it otherwise it was nice. I baked it for 40 mins. How long should i bake it for? .. next i am going to try your chocolate cake. Another question.. should the gas be on low or medium? Looking forward to make a better cake.

      Gas should be on low flame while baking the cake and for preheating it should be at medium flame....you can always open the cooker lid and check after 25 to 30 mins.....once the cake is ready the skewer(food stick) should come out clean....if not....bake again for 5 to 10 mins

    just made this cake and it is so good...the crumb is so soft and pillowy..the top is a little crisp..one of the best tea cakes..ps i added the milk+butter mixture after it had cooled to room temperature..i had this doubt while making the cake..

    I tried this cake.. sushma. I only felt that the butter was a little much . As when I held in my hand I could feel butter. So can we decrease the butter.

    Hi Sushma ..This cake calls for butter,...will this cake harden if cooled in the fridge with a whipped cream frosting?
    Also since u are using curds, will it taste sour if i bake the cake in advance, say a day or two prior to frosting? Planning to make your super pineapple cake using this as base. Waiting for your reply. TIA

    Thanks for the recipe. I want to make something for a little girl who is allergic to egg white. I want to bake this in two round pans and layer them. Can you give give me the guidelines for baking in two 9” round pans?
    I am so happy to found you. I have been making desserts for a family with three little kids. I just found out the 7 year old girl is allergic to egg white so she couldn’t eat any of the cheesecake or Swiss rolls I made for them.

    Just now made. It came out " BAD"
    I have been mkng sponge cake but thought of trying this ...
    " Kindly cooldown the warm milk n butter mixture before adding ..or else it will make the floor very glutenious...n my cake for the first time was like pudding..flat ...lolllz
    So" HOT MILK Cake"" should me made with room temperature milk.
