Hi Petronilla I am extremely sorry I do not have the metric conversions.. But all I can say now is my 1 cup flour is 120 gms and 1 cup Milk is 250 ml. Hope this of some help.

Would this give the same result I mean the same texture and taste if we double the recipe? Lot of times recipes don’t end up tasting the same once they are doubled or tripled even though we follow every instruction as the original recipe!!

About your substitution I have never tried but you can try with 1 egg instead. I think it should work

I have not tried adding roohafza in the cake batter so sorry won't be able to guide you on this.
