He wanted his photo, his name, his personal business name, his address, his phone number, email, web address, then the name of the real estate company he was affiliated with, their logo, their slogan, that he was a U.S. Army veteran, with the U.S. Army logo … there was probably more, I can’t remember. But it seemed like a ton of stuff all crammed onto a tiny business card! It was next to impossible to get any kind of hierarchy and still keep everything at a legible size! In the end, it just looked like a mess.
ChatGPT heard you, and made the lights fall down 😂 I've actually wondered if the move to global branding is behind more logos going B&W/greyscale. Legacy brands still tend to have a defined color palette, but more often than not you'll just see newer brands go for something that can easily be recolored to suit the target market. I get it, but I think having a palette is worth it, even if it may need regional adjustments.
