Right if I'm near my cat & she's laying down & purring I sometimes very gently put my ear near her chest. It's not only relaxing but I feel it deepens our bond lol.

I had a Maine Coon cat named Seamus. He was the most amazing cat…so cool and laid back, and he had the sweetest personality. And I just LOVED his purr! It was a slow, smooth and mellow purr which I’ve never heard from any other of my cats. They all purr, of course, but Seamus’s motor was just the best. I miss him so much (he passed away at the age 17 in 2008).
Just loved it. My cat is badly injured, broken jaw.. with help of this music he is sleeping peacefully and recovering well day by day !! Thanks a tone for making such a valuable creations !!
@sleepypie Your cat was probably hit by a car. Many years ago my car struck a stray kitten, completely an accident of course. We rushed her to the vet who wired her jaw shut and put her on a liquid diet. I tried to find her family but failed. I paid her vet bills and kept her. She was a wonderful kitty and lived to age 16. My tabby Ripley.

This reminds me of when I was a little girl out on a farm we slept outside in the yard in Summer. We had cats more than one climb under the blankets and theyd all be purring! What a memory.!
My daughter has Juvenile Arthritis and last night she was in pain. She absolutely loves cats and when I put this on for her she seemed to instantly forget about her discomfort watching all the adorable cats and kitties, listening to the purring until she fell asleep. Her favorite track before this was waves and now I have another for her thank you very much. You should get her a cat! Cats have healing properties! Especially there purrs tho- if you got her one the cat would help with her arthritis so much! Cats tend to lay on places where there humans are feeling pain

I have been working with this video during the day and the cat purring without music for sleep time( by request) and I'm already noticing a detox affect. I know I have viral infections to be beat out and I can tell these frequencies are very powerful since its already creating a healing purge. @Ron Krikorian my cats are doing well, it seems that nubians overeating contributes to his asthma so I try not to let him over eat. Hannah is the opposite she doesn't like to eat but she seems stable right now as does nubian.

@Ron Krikorian I totally agree with you, i have noticed that when nubian is well if I give him dry food it will give him an asthma attack. So I keep it away from him. However I have two cats that won't eat wet food, but one of them does let me syringe a jar of ham baby food into him daily and I do keep many bowls of water around the apartment. But they are separate from nubian and hannah whom I keep in my bedroom
My cat died in my arms because of a tumor a few hours ago...im gonna miss her so much she helped me with so many things, made me happy when I was sad, and she did so much more...I hope she's happy now and in a better place. Edit: it's been a few more months and I just want my furbaby back, no words could describe how much I miss her. Edit: it's been a few more months, another one of my precious baby's passed away an our ago today. I'm just happy that now both my baby's are together again. I miss them both dearly but i know they'll always be there for me when I need them.

Finally, a purring video that actually puts the purring in the spot light and not the music. Other videos I've watched have a bad balance & the music is the dominant sound. This was completely soothing for my cats after a 30min workout with the laser light. This did the trick to get them to wind-down. Bravo!

I rarely get to hear my Bombay male cat Cole purr... He purrs alot with my mom who helped me raise him and bottle feed him since the day I found him outside... He LOVES her so much...💗💗💗💗 I found him in 2015 on October 15th when we had a little touch of the hurricane that year... His mommy and other cats were taken away by animal patrol and he was abandoned and almost drowned in the bushes outside in the rain... Cole just turned 6 years old on October the 15th... Whenever I do get to hear him purr,I absolutely and utterly enjoy every fantastic loving purrfection moment of it...🥰😘 I LOVE my boy Bombay...🐈

Tried to calm my cat down with cat sleep music the last couple of days and none of them work. With this one,in a matter of seconds, he came to bed, laid down and started falling asleep

My cousin said he (Skyler) is stressed out from all the new people staying at my apt for the summer. Plus he was hot. This is really nice. When I saw "music" in the title, I recoiled just a bit. I almost always prefer to hear natural sounds stand alone, like rainfall, or a cat purring softly. But this 'music' is actually just soft, shifting tones with no real rhythm which could build anticipation or subtle stress. This is great for meditation, or sleep as well.
Rescued a kitten from a shed last week and found homes for 90% of the litter but there was still 2 little guys left. Me and the GF decided our little guy needs one of his siblings so we went back and rescued the last 2. Found the other kitten a home and brought the last one home with us but he has an eye infection so we need to isolate him in the bathroom for a week. Was trying to get him settled in the bathroom, put some food out for him and opened his carrier and was gonna just wait and let him come out on his own. Wouldn’t budge for 10 minutes even with the food out. Found this video to try and calm him down, literally the second it started playing and he heard the purring he got up walked straight out of the carrier and started eating, his mood did a total 180, this video is amazing thank you so much!

Oh my goodness , i have read some of the comments about this . I have tears in my eyes after reading about people who have lost pets and how much they miss them . I have had to have 3 cats put to sleep over the last 18 years , 2 were left here by the previous owners , one came to live with me , with the owners permission . I have a very large cat , male , been with me for about 5 years . He has helped me through the past 4 years , since i lost my husband . Cats know when we are upset . He lays on my knee and looks up at me , he seems to be saying , " Dont worry , we'll get through this together . " . Love your pets , they love us unconditionally . 🐱🐶
From now on every day or once a week I will come to this video once I’m about to go to bed and put it on to remember my cat that died and I will take a pillow that I have that looks like my cat that died and I will hold it near me well I relaxed to go to sleep.

My cat Felix has diabetes. He has to take insulin shots twice a day. Some days he does well while others he just lays on the bed or floor and hardly moves. When I turn this on, he comes to me and wants to be pet while purring the entire time. Felix does not use his very clean litter box any longer but instead just pees all around his litter box. I feel like the most humane thing to do would be to let him go to the Rainbow Bridge but I love him so much that I just can’t do it! Any thoughts or insights would be greatly appreciated. I love my Felix so much and just want to do what is right for him!!! He is laying next to me just purring away right now!
Oh, dear heart, I know all too well the heartache of these decisions. I’m so very sorry. I found it easier to ask the veterinarians if my cats were suffering. I had to focus only on the cat’s wellbeing, and ignore my own desires. It was the most humane and selfless way to handle it, and it prevented me from lifelong hauntings of guilt & regret. Please ask your vet if your cat is suffering, & if yes, if there’s a treatment to stop his suffering, & what they’d do if this was their precious pet. Please do what’s best for your fur baby; we’re never ready to let them go. Sending you & your cat comforting wishes 💕

the only thing that i can think of would be going to a totally grain-free diet. grains are very hard on both people and pets at times, some are becoming aware slowly of the hidden dangers of gluten. indeed, it is being removed from many pet foods. the grains turn into sugar and can cause massive inflammation throughout the entire body. obesity and inflammatory diseases are the long-term result. its an ongoing problem - just the sugar alone would be bad enough - but both sugar and inflammation - well, doctors are aware to some extent and vets are coming around.
broke my hand hitting a wall in a fit of rage. i had surgery yesterday and my hand hurts like hell, but after listening to this for a couple of minutes, the pain subsided for a bit. i'll be using this more often.
My Dottie has an injured leg and has been having trouble getting around and it breaks my heart. Hoping this helps her. I have been working with this video during the day and the cat purring without music for sleep time( by request) and I'm already noticing a detox affect. I know I have viral infections to be beat out and I can tell these frequencies are very powerful since its already creating a healing purge. @Ron Krikorian my cats are doing well, it seems that nubians overeating contributes to his asthma so I try not to let him over eat. Hannah is the opposite she doesn't like to eat but she seems stable right now as does nubian.

@Ron Krikorian I totally agree with you, i have noticed that when nubian is well if I give him dry food it will give him an asthma attack. So I keep it away from him. However I have two cats that won't eat wet food, but one of them does let me syringe a jar of ham baby food into him daily and I do keep many bowls of water around the apartment. But they are separate from nubian and hannah whom I keep in my bedroom

My cat died in my arms because of a tumor a few hours ago...im gonna miss her so much she helped me with so many things, made me happy when I was sad, and she did so much more...I hope she's happy now and in a better place.
Edit: it's been a few more months and I just want my furbaby back, no words could describe how much I miss her.

Finally, a purring video that actually puts the purring in the spot light and not the music. Other videos I've watched have a bad balance & the music is the dominant sound. This was completely soothing for my cats after a 30min workout with the laser light. This did the trick to get them to wind-down. Bravo!

My cousin said he (Skyler) is stressed out from all the new people staying at my apt for the summer. Plus he was hot. This is really nice. When I saw "music" in the title, I recoiled just a bit. I almost always prefer to hear natural sounds stand alone, like rainfall, or a cat purring softly. But this 'music' is actually just soft, shifting tones with no real rhythm which could build anticipation or subtle stress. This is great for meditation, or sleep as well.

Rescued a kitten from a shed last week and found homes for 90% of the litter but there was still 2 little guys left. Me and the GF decided our little guy needs one of his siblings so we went back and rescued the last 2. Found the other kitten a home and brought the last one home with us but he has an eye infection so we need to isolate him in the bathroom for a week. Was trying to get him settled in the bathroom, put some food out for him and opened his carrier and was gonna just wait and let him come out on his own. Wouldn’t budge for 10 minutes even with the food out. Found this video to try and calm him down, literally the second it started playing and he heard the purring he got up walked straight out of the carrier and started eating, his mood did a total 180, this video is amazing thank you so much!

Oh my goodness , i have read some of the comments about this . I have tears in my eyes after reading about people who have lost pets and how much they miss them . I have had to have 3 cats put to sleep over the last 18 years , 2 were left here by the previous owners , one came to live with me , with the owners permission . I have a very large cat , male , been with me for about 5 years . He has helped me through the past 4 years , since i lost my husband . Cats know when we are upset . He lays on my knee and looks up at me , he seems to be saying , " Dont worry , we'll get through this together . " . Love your pets , they love us unconditionally . 🐱🐶
From now on every day or once a week I will come to this video once I’m about to go to bed and put it on to remember my cat that died and I will take a pillow that I have that looks like my cat that died and I will hold it near me well I relaxed to go to sleep.

My cat Felix has diabetes. He has to take insulin shots twice a day. Some days he does well while others he just lays on the bed or floor and hardly moves. When I turn this on, he comes to me and wants to be pet while purring the entire time. Felix does not use his very clean litter box any longer but instead just pees all around his litter box. I feel like the most humane thing to do would be to let him go to the Rainbow Bridge but I love him so much that I just can’t do it! Any thoughts or insights would be greatly appreciated. I love my Felix so much and just want to do what is right for him!!! He is laying next to me just purring away right now!
Oh, dear heart, I know all too well the heartache of these decisions. I’m so very sorry. I found it easier to ask the veterinarians if my cats were suffering. I had to focus only on the cat’s wellbeing, and ignore my own desires. It was the most humane and selfless way to handle it, and it prevented me from lifelong hauntings of guilt & regret. Please ask your vet if your cat is suffering, & if yes, if there’s a treatment to stop his suffering, & what they’d do if this was their precious pet. Please do what’s best for your fur baby; we’re never ready to let them go.

Hope you are ok Leslie. I think it's best to use your judgement and also speak to the vets, but hoping all is well with Felix, I used to have a cat called Felix too actually :).
Here try this give him something like apple juice or carrot juice he might have a good recover
the only thing that i can think of would be going to a totally grain-free diet. grains are very hard on both people and pets at times, some are becoming aware slowly of the hidden dangers of gluten. indeed, it is being removed from many pet foods. the grains turn into sugar and can cause massive inflammation throughout the entire body. obesity and inflammatory diseases are the long-term result. its an ongoing problem - just the sugar alone would be bad enough - but both sugar and inflammation - well, doctors are aware to some extent and vets are coming around.

broke my hand hitting a wall in a fit of rage. i had surgery yesterday and my hand hurts like hell, but after listening to this for a couple of minutes, the pain subsided for a bit. i'll be using this more often.
