I lost my precious girl misty 2 weeks ago. I had her faithfully by my side every morning for 17 years. I don’t know how many mornings she had before that, but she did give me my other 2 treasures as a bonus package deal. She was carrying 5 kittens when she came into my life and I kept 2, one of which would continue to try to nurse up until the final years of Misty’s life. So now I grieve, along with her “kittens” and my husband. But she was my girl, we did a lot of growing up together, she was always there to climb up on my chest. She would chew on the front of my hair like she was grooming me then nuzzle into my neck and purr, it sounded just like this baby girl. She would drool all over my clothes and my arm and fall asleep. This morning I woke up because I thought I heard her meow and I still down to her spot on the bed to give her scratches. I see her over my shoulder and expect her to be there when I open the bathroom door. Hearing this has just filled a little bit of the void that I have felt. Thank you for posting these videos. What a sweet story from you about your beloved kitty. Thank you for sharing. I was always a dog lover till a little kitty walked into my life. It was a transformative experience for me that lasted 15 years and I learnt how beautiful cats are. She made me love her so much and then I adopted other abandoned kitties. I still have two of them. And they are all incredibly beautiful and sweet and loving little creatures. Can't imagine a world without cats anymore. I am in my 70s now and over the years my health has vastly improved thanks to my beloved little kitties. We are all pretty inseparable. Wishing you well, always.
I feel what you are saying very deeply. I lost my little Peep in March. She got covid from me because she had slept up against me for her whole life. She would sleep up against me with her arm thrown around my neck. I miss her so terribly. Her sister is still with us, thank Heaven. But a big piece of my heart is gone. She was always by my side. Time will heal us I know, but for now it is really hard to bear. I'll keep you in my thoughts. Please take care. Pat
My heart truly breaks for you on the loss of your friend. I'm writing this listening to the music and purring with my 2 month old kitten Tiger. He is sleeping on me like he always does when he's not playing with his 2 siblings Bear and Weasel. To say I love this little guy doesn't begin to cover it. He is my best friend in so many ways.

For all the ugliness in the world, it is wonderful to be reminded just how much beauty and kindness there is. My hubby was a dog person before I came along with kitties in toe, he had the pups, i the cats. The cats ruled the roost lol. Now we are down to just the 2 cats. We miss all of our babies, but I think we all have certain ones that have a little different pull on the heart than others. You are an angel on earth for all the kitties, thank you for that.

After a stressful move, my cat (only 1 of 3) was walking around the apartment for 12+ hours profusely crying loud. I tried extra food, petting him, trying to get him to lay in bed with me and after a long nights no sleep for either of us… I tried this when I was at my wits end crying 😿 and he calmed down within 5 minutes! Thank you! ❤️🙌

I have to add my own story to all of yours. My Toni was 22 when she passed in 2011. My heart aches for her even now. I can still see her as a mangy kitten with fleas being handed to me by my new boyfriend, who later became my husband, of course. She would hide under the covers and stare at me until she fell asleep. She was perfect - we spent every day together after work…then she died in my arms. Half of my heart is with her. I know my story is like everyone else’s, but we are a family of people who understand how lucky we are to know the love and trust of a cat. Or many cats.thank you.

Our cat has been declining over the past month. I swear he likes this when I play it. I play it for him daily now. Thank you for giving my sweet boy comfort in his last days. 🙏❤💫
I am so sorry to hear this , I came here today because my kitty of 17 years is declining significantly the last two days and I feel it in my heart today , she seems to love the music it made her her move to the bed I made up for her with her electric blanket next to where she was laying , she won’t eat or drink and of all these years she has never had an accident until today I believe she hurts or is losing mobility , I will take her to the vet in the morning to see what’s happening poor old girl has had a long life but her decline in the last 48 hrs is somewhat alarming yet my heart and soul know she is passing over to the bridge 😢

I'm here to tell you this music is not only lovely but it truly does relax cats. I have been slowly integrating an older outside cat into the house for the winter. I have two other indoor cats and sometimes there is a bit of tension when Tomcat comes inside. But I will play this video, (it works better than the others) and things instantly calm down. The cats will all lie down, relax and stop giving each other the hairy eyeball. It works especially well with the older cat, it's almost like it hypnotizes him. I play it in the morning at breakfast and it just helps to start the day in a positive place for all of us. Thanks for posting this nice video Cats Only!
One of our cats had eye surgery yesterday and she did not sleep well last night and was very upset this morning. I found this and let it run. She is now sleeping soundly on my bed. Thanks for a very helpful video.

When I came last night from work I found that Vonkel was injured. It seems as if someone kick her and her body was trembling. It was too late for the Vet. I fed her and put on this music. Amazing within 10min she fell asleep and the trembling stop. She is better this morning, but I'm taking her anyway to the vet tomorrow morning early before work. She is going to bed now with one of your music clips.

This video was of tremendous help with my two year old cat who moved with me from a two bed house with garden to a one bed flat. He was miserable and gave me a lot of grief. Taking him out on his leash was too stressful for him and me as Stray cats and dogs would set him off and he wouldn't come home. This music I played on my phone continuously worked like magic. I used to work a a shelter decades ago..I had a dream twice..a pack of dogs & cats were running towards me .a cry for help..I volunteered..only for the animals..so sad..one dog in the kennel. No one wanted to visit. Well ..that changed. As animals arrived I talked to them..sang..while cleaning..all that entails..pretty soon other counties heard..adoption went up..( some thought I was strange..animals are more intelligent that most give credit for .I wish I had your music at the shelter.. especially with all the commotion. It makes all the difference in. The🌎. VETERARIANS should have these tapes too, especially if they need to stay a. day or too
The youngest of my cats (2 years 1/2 in June) comes next to the laptop and naps there when I work. I let the music play as background while I work and the cats love it. Thank you.

Playing this to little Roxy, a half year old street kitten. I trap, have spayed and chipped by the VET and release street cats, working for a small shelter down here in south Germany - but honestly alot of it is my free time. The younger ones we try to tame and put into very good homes. Roxy is gonna be one of them. I noticed that she wasn't doing well at the shelter, sometimes they need one on one attention. Still trying to crack one year old Mama Mia, who had a litter herself this summer - which we could all tame and some have already been adopted out. It's my first time working on such a project and I give it my all. Alot where too wild to tame - at least with our resources and a shelter overflowing with cats (most of which are already used to humans.) So we let them out into the semi-wild again. It's meadows with gardens on them and some agriculture. But there are some people living on farms and tree plantations who are willing to put food out. So I drive by each week and drop off some donations. Sometimes I see one of the cats like Josh, Maik or Redcliff. Of course we gave them all names.🥰 And who knows: Roxy we had released, she was so spicy. Then, three months later she was back in the trap and seemed so different, we only realized it when the VET called during surgery and said she was already spayed. The stupid chip reader didn't work, we tried several times! poor thing... but she's purred already, I just have to catch her to pet her. Then she likes it but it scares her when I stand over her, I suppose. I put her on a shelf above me next to the speakers and played this very quietly. She relaxed for a few minutes before she wanted to go back to her own corner. Maybe I should put a basket up there 🤔 Happy for suggestions

Yesterday morning I was woken by the crying of a newborn (still wet) kitten. I tokk it inside and warmed and fed it. In the afternoon I found its 7 siblings in the field with the mum cat sitting in my drive. Sadly 2 kittens had passed over the day and the others pretty weak and flyblown. Rescued them and washed and dried and fed them. They are restivevwithout mum, who won't come to them, but this purr music has settled them to sleeping. Thank you for this.
One of my cats has asthma. When he starts a wheezing spell I play this. It has decreased the intensity and duration of the episode for which I am grateful since he hates the medication. Thnx so much😸
Cat gasping for air is so hard to watch. How is kitty doing? When you say meds what were u reffering to? I used to have to give mine theophylline along with puffer. He too hated it. But with consistency of puffer, every morning, he has given in, and now is no longer on theophylline. Try giving puffer before meals, that way meals are seen as rewards. Now when pick up the puffer first thing in the morning and ask him to come....surprisingly he comes. I cradle him and hold his front paws with one hand and use other hand for puffer. This position is important so there's eye contact and he knows he's safe. The puffer sound scares him so I have to press down away from his face, then once the medicine is in the chamber I put the little mask over his face and let him breathe it in. Please keep trying. Consistency is key. It was the same with clipping his nails. You have to be more determined than they are.😂 I promise you he will give in!
Thank you for this. I am sitting here with my furry friend, baby boy, he is 8 years old with lymphoma. I did the very best i could with getting him treatments ,etc but I believe his signals to me are to let him go. He stopped eating and drinking. The one thing he has taught me was about myself. About Love and bringing peace to my mind about so many things. I sit here with him on his last days and listening to these peaceful sounds thinking one day i will return to this page and read my comment i made and smile , knowing that he was with me at this time and being so very grateful for he has brought so much to my life. I love knowing he chose me to be part his life. I will miss his cuddles, waking up every morning with his ginger head nudging at my hand to begin the day, his adorable face i was for sure he was smiling at me with such love. His big warm thump pushing against the side of my thigh to rest for the night in the bed, me squealing his name , baaaabbbyy booooy as he come running towards me, the times I cried, with him nudging his head against me, comforting my pain or hurt with his unconditional love. I thank him for all of it, the way he loved, this feeling of joyfulness...with this..I take with me and embrace it in my heart. So when his time has come and I know that is soon, I will remember the lessons he taught me and the reason why he was in my life. For now, i am soaking up all his love and returning it right back to him with comfort and gratitude, I love you my Baby boy

They sure know when their human is sick, sad or troubled. Sometimes I believe that they think they can heal you! In any case they sure do comfort you. This music, frequency & purring is very comforting to my cats. Lots of love, prayers, soothing music & a grounding sheet or blanket has healed my cats many times. 😺❤🙏🏼
No idea how and why but this does work! One of my cats had a tough week with multiple visits to the vet and his nereves are shredded. I put this music on and he is sound asleep now cuddling my phone 😘

Clarence, my kitten, and I are at the Urgent Animal Care Hospital, awaiting test results. He is in much pain. We are both less distressed, as we let this music drown out the noise of the vet staff/other animals/unfamiliar noises. Thank you
Update: Clarence passed peacefully, and I was able to comfort him. Giving way to death, and easing pain & suffering, should be so easy for us humans. My heart is broken….

I will be 86 on Oct 4. I have been blessed with the company of cats since I was 3 years old
Our cat has been declining over the past month. I swear he likes this when I play it. I play it for him daily now. Thank you for giving my sweet boy comfort in his last days. 🙏❤💫
He passed tonight. I played again for him before my sister took him to the vet. I am heartbroken. 💔😥Thank you again.
I am so sorry to hear this , I came here today because my kitty of 17 years is declining significantly the last two days and I feel it in my heart today , she seems to love the music it made her her move to the bed I made up for her with her electric blanket next to where she was laying , she won’t eat or drink and of all these years she has never had an accident until today I believe she hurts or is losing mobility , I will take her to the vet in the morning to see what’s happening poor old girl has had a long life but her decline in the last 48 hrs is somewhat alarming yet my heart and soul know she is passing over to the bridge 😢

What a gift this music was for my cat and myself. This made her transition very peaceful for her and myself. Much gratitude.
I'm here to tell you this music is not only lovely but it truly does relax cats. I have been slowly integrating an older outside cat into the house for the winter. I have two other indoor cats and sometimes there is a bit of tension when Tomcat comes inside. But I will play this video, (it works better than the others) and things instantly calm down. The cats will all lie down, relax and stop giving each other the hairy eyeball. It works especially well with the older cat, it's almost like it hypnotizes him. I play it in the morning at breakfast and it just helps to start the day in a positive place for all of us. Thanks for posting this nice video Cats Only!
One of our cats had eye surgery yesterday and she did not sleep well last night and was very upset this morning. I found this and let it run. She is now sleeping soundly on my bed. Thanks for a very helpful video.

When I came last night from work I found that Vonkel was injured. It seems as if someone kick her and her body was trembling. It was too late for the Vet. I fed her and put on this music. Amazing within 10min she fell asleep and the trembling stop. She is better this morning, but I'm taking her anyway to the vet tomorrow morning early before work. She is going to bed now with one of your music clips.

This video was of tremendous help with my two year old cat who moved with me from a two bed house with garden to a one bed flat. He was miserable and gave me a lot of grief. Taking him out on his leash was too stressful for him and me as Stray cats and dogs would set him off and he wouldn't come home. This music I played on my phone continuously worked like magic. I used to work a a shelter decades ago..I had a dream twice..a pack of dogs & cats were running towards
me .a cry for help..I volunteered..only for the animals..so sad..one dog in the kennel. No one wanted to visit. Well ..that changed. As animals arrived I talked to them..sang..while cleaning..all that entails..pretty soon other counties heard..adoption went up..( some thought I was strange..animals are more intelligent that most give credit for .I wish I had your music

Playing this to little Roxy, a half year old street kitten. I trap, have spayed and chipped by the VET and release street cats, working for a small shelter down here in south Germany - but honestly alot of it is my free time. The younger ones we try to tame and put into very good homes. Roxy is gonna be one of them. I noticed that she wasn't doing well at the shelter, sometimes they need one on one attention. Still trying to crack one year old Mama Mia, who had a litter herself this summer - which we could all tame and some have already been adopted out. It's my first time working on such a project and I give it my all. Alot where too wild to tame - at least with our resources and a shelter overflowing with cats (most of which are already used to humans.) So we let them out into the semi-wild again. It's meadows with gardens on them and some agriculture. But there are some people living on farms and tree plantations who are willing to put food out. So I drive by each week and drop off some donations. Sometimes I see one of the cats like Josh, Maik or Redcliff. Of course we gave them all names.🥰 And who knows: Roxy we had released, she was so spicy. Then, three months later she was back in the trap and seemed so different, we only realized it when the VET called during surgery and said she was already spayed. The stupid chip reader didn't work, we tried several times! poor thing... but she's purred already, I just have to catch her to pet her. Then she likes it but it scares her when I stand over her, I suppose. I put her on a shelf above me next to the speakers and played this very quietly. She relaxed for a few minutes before she wanted to go back to her own corner. Maybe I should put a basket up there 🤔 Happy for suggestions

Yesterday morning I was woken by the crying of a newborn (still wet) kitten. I tokk it inside and warmed and fed it. In the afternoon I found its 7 siblings in the field with the mum cat sitting in my drive. Sadly 2 kittens had passed over the day and the others pretty weak and flyblown. Rescued them and washed and dried and fed them. They are restivevwithout mum, who won't come to them, but this purr music has settled them to sleeping. Thank you for this.

One of my cats has asthma. When he starts a wheezing spell I play this. It has decreased the intensity and duration of the episode for which I am grateful since he hates the medication. Thnx so much😸
Cat gasping for air is so hard to watch. How is kitty doing? When you say meds what were u reffering to? I used to have to give mine theophylline along with puffer. He too hated it. But with consistency of puffer, every morning, he has given in, and now is no longer on theophylline. Try giving puffer before meals, that way meals are seen as rewards. Now when pick up the puffer first thing in the morning and ask him to come....surprisingly he comes. I cradle him and hold his front paws with one hand and use other hand for puffer. This position is important so there's eye contact and he knows he's safe. The puffer sound scares him so I have to press down away from his face, then once the medicine is in the chamber I put the little mask over his face and let him breathe it in. Please keep trying. Consistency is key. It was the same with clipping his nails. You have to be more determined than they are.😂 I promise you he will give in!
Thank you for this. I am sitting here with my furry friend, baby boy, he is 8 years old with lymphoma. I did the very best i could with getting him treatments ,etc but I believe his signals to me are to let him go.
He stopped eating and drinking.
The one thing he has taught me was about myself. About Love and bringing peace to my mind about so many things.
I sit here with him on his last days and listening to these peaceful sounds thinking one day i will return to this page and read my comment i made and smile , knowing that he was with me at this time and being so very grateful for he has brought so much to my life.
I love knowing he chose me to be part his life. I will miss his cuddles, waking up every morning with his ginger head nudging at my hand to begin the day, his adorable face i was for sure he was smiling at me with such love.
His big warm thump pushing against the side of my thigh to rest for the night in the bed, me squealing his name , baaaabbbyy booooy as he come running towards me, the times I cried, with him nudging his head against me, comforting my pain or hurt with his unconditional love. I thank him for all of it, the way he loved, this feeling of joyfulness...with this..I take with me and embrace it in my heart.
So when his time has come and I know that is soon, I will remember the lessons he taught me and the reason why he was in my life. For now, i am soaking up all his love and returning it right back to him with comfort and gratitude, I love you my Baby boy
