To answer your questions in the video... Yes, this is a new song from their most recent album. The live-action stuff you saw is a short film by World of Tanks, who often sponsor Sabaton, to the point of having a special tank named after one of their songs in the game.
So the video they used is called Osowiec, a short film based upon the siege of Osowiec fortress, which the song is based on. The video was made by Wargaming, a video game company from Russia. Highly recommend the movie for personal viewing. As far as the song yeah! It's off the 2019 album The Great War. As others have pointed out they have a channel called Sabaton History where they are going through their discography and explaining the historical context for each of their songs. In addition one of the band members will go over how the song was written and other background bits relating to the band's history with the song.
Osowiec fortress was in western part of Russian Empire, today it's eastern Poland. German attacks on the fortress failed several times, including after usage of heavy siege artillery(420mm mortars or so). They gassed the defenders, waited 24h and then walked towards the fortress, expecting everyone to be dead. From it emerged 60-100 Russians that survived, covered in blood and rags covering up their faces. As they went, some of them coughed up blood and parts of their lungs. At the same time, the defenders started a fire from their machine guns. The sight made Germans panic, and start running. They started falling over barbed wire, over each other and got slaughtered. Few defenders of Osowiec survived and were evacuated. The visuals of the video are from documentary by Belarussian videogame company WarGaming, who also partnered up with Sabaton on their videos for Primo Victoria and Bismarck.
7 000 German soldiers had pounded the fort for several days using artillery, gas and small arms. 60 Russians survived the last gas attack and advanced upon their foe. Coughing up blood, and pieces of their lungs, they struck fear and terror in the German advancing soldiers. The German army retreated because they thought the defenders had literally turned back to life. This lead to a chain rout.

Like some have said they have sabayon history but a lot of the time they do talk about the history of their band as well
said it twice, say it again, Check out sabaton history, they talk about the history of the events that inspire the songs, and they talk about how the band came up with the song and other cool little bits
They have a channel where they collaborate with the creator of "The Great War" channel (here on RUclips...goes through the entire First World War, week by week) called "Sabaton History." ruclips.net/video/ZCCSMhQsey8/видео.html
The visuals are from a Russian cover-band's video (which was ripped from the short film about the battle of Osowiec); they heard about this guy in Russia, called Radio Tapok, who was doing covers of their music, so they asked him, since it's about Russia, whether he'd like to release it BEFORE Sabaton did. What's he gonna say but, "Hell, yeah!"
So, here's his video:

Then, when Sabaton toured Russia, he came out and sang with them...the crowd went out of their minds. Sabaton puts on a hell of a show...can't wait to see them, sometime, with my sons.

That’s the real music video and it’s based off a true story in WW1 Russians were hit by gas and half of them returned and fought as they were spitting up pieces of their lungs and blood

That time when a bunch of Russians were so angry, they rose from the dead.
I DMed this song to BYSC on Twitter.
Billy, Check out the channel "Sabaton History" on youtube. It give background on the subject of Sabaton's songs. It even has Sabaton members on who regularly talk about the mindset of their songs and the stories they were conveying to the listeners.
On the to do list!!!
The song is off their 2019 album.
