Osowiec fortress was in western part of Russian Empire, today it's eastern Poland. German attacks on the fortress failed several times, including after usage of heavy siege artillery(420mm mortars or so). They gassed the defenders, waited 24h and then walked towards the fortress, expecting everyone to be dead. From it emerged 60-100 Russians that survived, covered in blood and rags covering up their faces. As they went, some of them coughed up blood and parts of their lungs. At the same time, the defenders started a fire from their machine guns. The sight made Germans panic, and start running. They started falling over barbed wire, over each other and got slaughtered. Few defenders of Osowiec survived and were evacuated.
The visuals of the video are from documentary by Belarussian videogame company WarGaming, who also partnered up with Sabaton on their videos for Primo Victoria and Bismarck.

7 000 German soldiers had pounded the fort for several days using artillery, gas and small arms. 60 Russians survived the last gas attack and advanced upon their foe. Coughing up blood, and pieces of their lungs, they struck fear and terror in the German advancing soldiers. The German army retreated because they thought the defenders had literally turned back to life. This lead to a chain rout.

Struminska, which, despite a strong poison gases, with the remains entrusted to him by the company brought the attack to the end, "bayonets" mastering the 1-m and 2-m plots Tosnenskiy position.
    V. K. Kotlinsky, who led the counterattack on July 24, 1915
    V. M. Strzheminsky, who completed the counterattack on July 24, 1915
At the same time, the 8th and 14th companies unblocked the Central redoubt and together with the soldiers of the 12th company knocked the enemy to their original positions. By 8 o'clock in the morning, all the consequences of the German breakthrough were eliminated. By 11 o'clock in the morning, the bombardment of the fortress stopped, which was the formal end of the failed assault.
In the official reports is briefly reported:
At Osovets, the enemy at dawn, developing a strong fire and releasing large clouds of poisonous gases, began to storm the fortress positions, captured the fortifications at Sosni, but fire and counterattacks were everywhere knocked out.
In the same year, the Newspapers Russian word and Pskov life published a memoir of one of the direct participants in the defense of Osovets, who, in particular, reported about the counterattack on July 24:
I cannot describe the bitterness and rage with which our soldiers marched against the German poisoners. Heavy rifle and machine-gun fire, thickly torn shrapnel could not stop the onslaught of the enraged soldiers.
Exhausted, poisoned, they fled with the sole purpose of crushing the Germans. There were no Laggards, and no one had to be hurried. Here there were no separate heroes, the companies went as one person, animated only by one goal, one thought: to die, but to take revenge on the vile poisoners.
< ... > The Germans could not withstand the frenzied onslaught of our soldiers and fled in panic. They did not even have time to carry away or damage our machine guns that were in their hands.

They have a channel where they collaborate with the creator of "The Great War" channel (here on RUclips...goes through the entire First World War, week by week) called "Sabaton History." ruclips.net/video/ZCCSMhQsey8/видео.html
The visuals are from a Russian cover-band's video (which was ripped from the short film about the battle of Osowiec); they heard about this guy in Russia, called Radio Tapok, who was doing covers of their music, so they asked him, since it's about Russia, whether he'd like to release it BEFORE Sabaton did. What's he gonna say but, "Hell, yeah!"
    So, here's his video:
    ruclips.net/video/hRow6G5wQIw/видео.html
Then, when Sabaton toured Russia, he came out and sang with them...the crowd went out of their minds. Sabaton puts on a hell of a show...can't wait to see them, sometime, with my sons.
