To conquer shame(negative beliefs) u need at least 1 leader ( person that believes more than yourself in ur potential & has beliefs u might want to have too) create a totem/pandative/necklace of shame and embaresment .... 90 days put negative energy in it .... and then burry it in the ground => u are left with courage!
