- 20-minute kickboxing workout taught by kickboxing fighter & FightCamp Trainer Aaron Swenson. You can do this workout at home with or without a punching bag. If you don't have a heavy bag, you can shadowbox following along to the workout.
In this workout, you will be doing the following basic boxing punches and kickboxing kicks including jab, cross, lead hook, rear hook, lead uppercut, and rear uppercut and lead kick and rear kick.

@@LukainX hey uhh idk if u know abt this but I got a question like my friend is going kickboxing training (idk what it's called but a kurs basiclly) where he will have a trainer and alot of other kids yk and I feel like he will surpass me, I have a ball punching bag like it moves around when I hit it and I hit 3 times block and repeat 3 times but still I feel like this won't help me too much since my friend is gonna have a coach teaching him and he'll also fight other kids in the training but I wanna ask what they learn in kickboxing so thst I like learn the basics of it bcs I also wanna do thst and also I don't want my friend surpassing me so what could I do for him not to surpass me, and incase u respond by saying I shall go to a kurs too (training with a coach) I can't bcs my parents don't want me to so yeah just asking if u can help me surpass my frie d

I've made a decent chunk of progress towards my current goal, I've gone from 295 pounds to around 280 and this is exactly what I need to get down to my target weight of 250

Trained in kickboxing for 5 years and after a year and a half long break I couldn’t remember anything and I wasn’t nearly as flexible as I once was but after this video it all came back to me and I was back to punching and kicking like before. 10/10 workout right here.
Did this yesterday and it got me pumped! Heart rate and breathing took a while to come down, as mentioned a sign of where I'm at. Let's go again today 🙌🏼
