I also used to talk really fast in presentations. I naturally talk quite fast but it’s worse when I’m nervous or excited. So I consciously slow down, but in my head I’m talking soo slow. It took me ages to get used to my ‘presentation voice/speed’, but I’m a lot better now as I practice doing presentations in front of people or time myself practicing out loud in my room

You just get used to it, and it doesn’t matter because everyone has a little blank sometimes, we are all human! It helps if you get to rehearse and talk about a subject you are passionate or knowledgeable about. Well done.
