  • this solar cell is made from the photoelectric semiconductor cuprous oxide and the light absorbing nantennas of graphene flakes (50 nanometer chunks of graphene)

    this gets about 1.3 volts at .07 amps it is not powerful but a demonstration cell. to increase power the surface area is increased on the electrodes and many cells are hooked in series to boost voltage

      back in these times I had no computer and uploaded stuff from a library terminal. the computers and anything you did on them was soundless. they used to have captions though

    How much voltage and current did you get ? Just only used some graphene flakes on copperoxide ? These tiny flakes ?

      overunitydotcom 1.3 volts and .07 amps not just any copper oxide. cuprous oxide. a reddish oxide. the graphene acts like the antennas in photosynthesis they funnel the light energy to the active site
