    This is the best explanation of AIS I've seen, thank you! I just blunt memorized it for step1 but forgot it for step2, understanding why things happen makes it a lot easier to remember

      Because androgen is responsible for pubic and axillary hair growth. In this disorder, receptors are insensitive to androgens

      It's extremely rare, because while immune from Testosterone, there are other hormones that tell the body to destroy any female remnants.

    Hello Dr.noor... if any possible can get pregnant primary amenorrhoea complete androjan insensitive syndrom disease affect girls.if any alternative ways to get pregnant affect this disease girls

      Hi, I'm not sure if they will be able to get pregnant at all, since they have no uterus and also no ovaries to even produce oocytes (if IVF is considered). That's speaking of complete androgen insensitivity. But, Some cases of partial androgen insensitivity managed to get pregnant
