A good Dev / DevOps guy is ALWAYS a systems admin/engineer first... Do NOT start in reverse. You MUST know the hardware/software and component side before you can start building the stuff that requires a ton of knowledge about the latter is obvious. SO MANY people start in dev with the goal of making CIO or Sr Exec-s and fail dramatically.

Hi, question to learn this on my own for free how would you say I can learn this and or far into learning this can I go start searching for a job in IT field?
A degree should not be a requirement for an IT job. Degrees don't expire so the information could be outdated. A Masters degree from 1993 can't hold weight to a guy who has CCNP, MCSA, AWS, etc certification. A lot of the courses you take to get a degree is IRRELEVANT when it comes to the day to day work that one will do as an IT professional.

Jesus was born to a virgin, turned water to wine, taught, healed the sick, raised the dead, casted out demons, walked on water, and calmed the storm, among many other things. He was killed, and three days later He rose from the dead. Forty days later He ascended into heaven where He sits at the right hand of the Father. He is returning very soon, but before He does, Satan, the devil, is coming to pretend to be Jesus. Satan is an angel, and he will have certain supernatural powers with which to try to fool everyone. He will, for example, be able to make fire come down from heaven in the sight of men. He will only be on earth a short time before the real King of Kings, Jesus Christ, God in the flesh, returns. When the real Jesus comes we will all be transformed into our spiritual bodies at the same moment. Jesus came to offer forgiveness of sins and eternal life to anyone who believes and calls on His precious name. For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; - Romans 3:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. - Romans 6:23 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. - John 3:16-18 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding. - Proverbs 9:10

So actually. When you working at I.T, you actually sitting in an office? Or do you even need to talk with people ect. I am asking, cause I can't find real information about that job and I am 14 yrs old thinking about studying I.T.
Stormy Kishou AMV you need people’s skills because you’ll be talking to different customers.
@@xtrekrex Aight. Thanks for answering.
@IT Certifications sir I am currently 18 and I am going to get a bs in computer science. I want to be an ethical hacker and I am in a dilemma that whether it will be automated by an AI,and if it would what could I should develop within myself to be on the run against AI.Please help me
Yeah and what harder to get experience or a degree? If you dont have experience what do you do - work for nothing for 3 years?
Also lets say you have no degree and have 2 years experience - some jobs have 300- even 900 applicants
Unless you have 3-5 years experience this industry doesn't want you - its a horrible industry at entry level
Experienced immigrants are hired instead of graduates or local juniors
Also lets say you apply to a job and yo have some experience, so will a hundred other people & some will have a masters degree
May be in some cities its still like the late 90's but in most its dog eat dog
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; - Romans 3:23
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. - Romans 6:23
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. - John 3:16-18
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding. - Proverbs 9:10
If I have no IT experience or education and my goal is to work in the IT security field, what should my very first cert be?
A+
You should get some IT experience. Example: I'm 14 years old, I've done server management, and mostly a lot that has to do with software related items. School thought it was amazing, so they let me work with our IT helpdesk. I currently manhandle their IT help desk, do repairs, etc. They're writing me a recommendation for high school for IT related programs.
Vaseline IT support jobs are chum bucket. You're too young to have such low aspirations. Software development is the future. Start programming now. Go for a Computer Science or Computer Engineering degree when you hit college. It'll open more doors for you.
A+, Network+, Security+ should be your foundation certifications.
I'm going for those three certs to start then learn the big stable programming languages C#, php and Javascript.
Java especially it's used client side, server side everywhere. Be versatile in your learning. The more you know the more valuable you become imo.
I would like to see more videos like this along with how to build yourself to the minimum to meet the requirements.
Sounds like a good idea!
HELLO...what about jobs...with out..Coding and internships .Thanks

2 IT jobs? How about any IT job if you have established a track record of delivering value. “OMG! You have a degree? Let us hand you a pile of money!” isn’t actually a thing.
I’m taking my Ccna cyber exam in the next week or so, but just to update my Cisco certainly. Then either Ccna security or AWS thoughts. For me cyber is dry
Is this stuff really hard to learn on your own?
Yes join a school or academy related to what your trying to learn they will help you learn starting of with the basics

Is AWS or the cloud sector the best entry level opportunity in tech? What is the best bang for the buck (ie lowest barrier to entry vs educational cost) niche work in tech?
What's the bare minimum you have right now?
Cloud has alot of potential yeah.
What's the bare minimum you have right now

I’m about to go to tech school for A+ and Network+ certs and I really want to get into the IT field and I want to start my it career this year and can’t afford a degree unfortunately
Google WOIA
I think this video is slightly misleading. It might be somewhat different in your area but I have not seen one security job that doesn't require at least a cert and security clearance. There have been quite a few that also require a bachelors degree as well. As for developer job most of the ones I've seen require a degree in computer science, usually a bachelors, but I have seen plenty that just want someone with experience though.
It will always depend on the area and the specific job. Most will require some type of cert or clearance though yes, but not a degree.
This guy Zac gave me confidence that we don't need degrees for an I.T job but we need to have work experience in the field. Then why would waste money paying for college fees than to work in I.T directly.
Nathaniel Peter In my opinion I feel that you should get a degree. Imagine degree and experience and certifications. You can’t go wrong and advance in many things
hi there i am thinking to study but should i go for cyber security or software development, for cyber security this school they dont give degree which is online, but for software development yes is in classroom.
Any good schools or websites, where we can learn UI for low cost or even free? That's my dream job actually!
I’m interested in any I.T. Jobs I’m welling to learn
I can't even find any jobs... using indeed in Maine...
What is your advice for vet with security clearance? Should they still go for A+ first or go st8 to Sec +
Should I go to community college for IT/PC science or business or both (mayb business associate degree and a certificate n programing)
Rogue Raven business degrees are a waste of time I hope you read this b4 it’s to late
I need to hustle my ass away from the low level help desk jobs. I am the only idiot working a help desk job with a degree at my work while the others just have experience. Definitely don't need any special skills to pick a phone up and listen to someone bitch about their issues all day.
Good stuff, go more into Cisco and there job requirements for Networking.
I will do what I can!
Check out Du'An Lightfoot
I got ba as interdisciplinary arts degree since I couldnt get into the hcde engineering in my university (which deals with lot of ux and ui) but did get certification class and landed a ui specific job and the art degree helped. I think this is fairly new field so that is why not man ba degrees available. Forgot to add, going to certificate type place to learn will help you build your portfolio as well.
H2B - HOP SING WILL LOW BALL THE PAY !!
H2B SAHIB MUMAMBI IS WAITING TO GRAB THEM FEW JOBS .
So when you say Security...Would it be better to get the Security +, or CCNA Security to start out with?
SEC+ . CCNA is a whole new level if you know nothing about networking.
The real kicker is saying you need experience. How the he'll can you get experience if you need experience to require said experience?😂
Yeah the experience has to come from somewhere. Some of these jobs postings are from recruiters and they all fake.
I'm 14 so I have time to learn coding languages, what is the most useful?
Noob Zero Start with HTML and CSS. Get very comfortable with them. Then start learning Javascript > PHP > mySQL. These are usually the 5 languages companies are looking for in entry level positions. Also make sure you're building a portfolio with real websites (not things like a todo list or calculator) that you can show off to future employers. GLHF take as much advantage as you can with the spare time you have while you're still young and you'll go very far guaranteed
Why is getting any IT job hard AF!!
thank for sharing
thank you
I'm taking a grade 10 computer science class and working to get my Cisco certification
Some Job listings don't say anything about degree, does that mean they do not require it??
Don’t let this vid fool you. Go on indeed right now and look up dev IT jobs I guarantee you that you will have to have a fucking degree.
Admin Account wrong... employers are looking for people with experience over degrees. If you’re dedicated and disciplined you’ll make it. I.T requires a lot of patience and you’re constantly learning something new
thanks
Where are the top paying? Like what areas of the world or country? Do one about what IT pro's should wear to work. I'm not sure if your making 100K your wearing jeans n a t shirt everyday that you're hustlin'.
You can definitely make that much and wear a t shirt and jeans to work. Our CEO does :-) and probably makes way more
You sure can wear a t shirt and jeans in IT jobs.
They definitely do. I went to the LinkedIn headquarters and not one person had on a suit.
The California Silicon valley area has a lot of money to burn. Lockheed Martin, Google, Symantec, Yahoo, and Linkedin are out here. Most are past the 6 figure mark and I never see anybody wearing ties.
Wtf? Dude really?
How can I get experience if no body will hire me without experience, I mean who will start hiring me?
Look for internships
Does anyone know of any computer jobs for an Empath or any job for some one whose only skills are helping and caring
I’m still looking myself. This world is to profit oriented for us to find a good job.
Why so you always discuss questions related to jobs that do not require an education?
I answer the questions that I receive.
so you can't use any excuses for not having a job?
hello from 2024💀
So what about if you have associate degree but no experience????
You screwed!
What's the website you found these jobs?
What are some things I can read or courses i can take or anything I could do to get started in IT
you can use a website udemy for courses but they coast money but worth it
I am a Security Researcher and I don't have any degree or experience, and I am earning 50K USD per month :)
can you help me get a job doing that?
This didn't t for me. Thanks man.
I was offer a entry level position for a tech job and they was willing to train
Take it. To be trained that's awesome.
They was willing to train? You can’t even put together s sentence that makes sense.
A cyber security job in Washington DC. High school preferred. Wtf. lol You can't get a job in a warehouse without a GED.
Oh yes you can. It also depends who you know on the inside. Knew a few poeple without a GED. Some smart, some dumb as ...... The real dumb one's made you question reality.
i❤u
Love you too
