When we talk about finding a balance between work, family and personal life, we often think of compromise: gaining something while losing something else. Is it always necessary to sacrifice happiness at work with your family life? Should we choose one aspect of our lives to prioritize over the others? Finding the right balance is a challenge that everyone faces, both women and men.
Dr. Asmaa Al Fadala, Director of Research and Content Development at the World Innovation Summit for Education, together with Jordan Shapiro, a world-renowned thought-leader on global policy, education and parenting in the 21st Century and the author of the book "Father Figure: How to be a Feminist Dad", will try to answer these and other questions.
