Two things you said really resonated with me and helped me untangle this ball of yarn, as you put it. 1- Where in this breakup was I the victim? Because I only focus on where I went wrong, but it's true that the other person wasn't perfect either. And 2- The scarcity mindset. Because I am afraid that I will never feel that way about another person again, and that thought is what is tethering me to this person, but it's not true, or at least not something to focus on. 🙏

Listening to someone with ADHD is medicine for an ADD brain. I also discovered while listening that it is so nice to listen to this podcast because I don't have to think about the material myself. It's too chaotic and takes too much effort for how long it will stick in my brain. Btw that frozen pizza methaphore also made me think that I actually like it😅 while it doesn't really matter in this example. Hopefully you will continue with your podcast for a long time.

@taylorswifty131 I feel you. For me it took time to heal. Writing poetry helped me process and eventually I moved on. You really just gotta focus on yourself and your own self worth(also hey fellow swiftie🫶)
Listening to you talk helps me fall asleep quickly thank you ... I remember my ex girlfriend She could talk to you all night and would get upset if you fell asleep and didn’t listen . After breakup, I struggled really bad with sleep disorder
It is essentially not true that you can end relationships. They never end. They change. My beautiful better other half of 12 years died from a health complication. It tore me apart and i didn't smile for months. But I found out she's living in me. She didn't go anywhere. She is right with me any time, any hour and I can talk to her any time about anything. I love her even more. Relationships never end. They just change.

getting rid of a time frame is helpful. I do that with most big things in my life, it removes a lot of pressure
