One of my favorite things about your videos, is that you aren’t pushing JUST your stuff. The fact that you encompass all saddle hunting is refreshing. Watching the videos isn’t like watching a commercial. You know you’re on the forefront of saddle hunting and embrace everyone. Super bad ass, in my humble opinion.

As a wife of a hunter, I feel like we always worry a little as our husbands go out into the woods alone. Who knows what could happen and if they would be able to call for help. I've done a lot of research on different types of tree stands and saddles and I am always extremely relieved and comforted by the amount of information, instruction, and safety information that is available by the tethrd team!
My husband has been dying to get a tree saddle from tethrd and the more information that you guys put forward the more comforted I am knowing he would be safe in your product!
Thank you for being so open, honest and helpful! 💙

Ive been on a journey the last few years to get my first deer. Im a bigger guy (275 working on it) so ive been hunting from the ground which is apparently pretty hard for a new hunter. Im hoping that somehow I can save up enough for a saddle this year. Videos like this showing how comfortable they can be and knowing how safe they are... Seems like a killer combo! Definitely the future of hunting and from everything ive read and seen these guys do it best.

What I like to do is I bought two of the recliners and I put one in my lower back and one under my thighs to help spread out my weight distribution. I’m 6’1 240 lbs. also don’t skimp on knee pads get a good comfortable set to lean into the tree with. Love my saddle can’t wait to get enough if bucks to get on the team one day!

Awesome information. Was hoping to get to see the demonstrations in person but this is the next best thing. New saddle hunter, like myself, can really learn from all these videos. Thanks.

This comment may get over looked I'm trying to hook my father in law (pretty much like a father to me) up with the free mantis. I'm brand new hunting from a saddle this year, And this is an awesome video to help me and others to get use to saddles. Its wasnt hard for me at all to get comfortable with it and I'm looking forward to hunting deeper and farther then I would with my climber .

Just wanted to say thanks! I love seeing innovation in the hunting industry. Been running a saddle for two years now and dove head first into saddlehunter.com. I actually used Carl’s post to make my own saddle! Us fellow Missourians gotta stick together! Keep up the great work!

I really want to try a saddle! I think I'd like it more than my hang on stand. It's lighter and more mobile which is a huge benefit on public land. I was really bummed to see all your teaching sessions get cancelled.

Very helpful. I'm exited to hunt with my Phantom this next season. It's my very first time hunting in a saddle! I'm all in as I sold both my climbing stands.

Oh great, as if staying awake in my Saddle wasn't hard enough! I Love you guys and the story of how you guys came together to develop Tethrd! True hunters helping hunters! Plus just mentioning that people don't have to buy your Back-support (or other products) and to just try them speaks boat-loads about who you are and what your company represents! Keep up the great work! I can't wait to switch to a Tethrd Saddle to go with my Predator Platform!

I have a Mantis and was decently comfortable leaning but not sitting. I’m considering getting the Phantom but wondering if it’s going to make enough difference to purchase.
The Mantis was better for me in the leaning positioned below my waist and tether at nose level. But couldn’t get the sitting comfortable to relieve my feet for a break. Any advice?

Just ordered one set, hope it will arrive before the bow season here in Canada. only one thing it still concert me is the saddle heat cover is out of stock. if there is no cover for the butt, it could be problem for us who hunt in late season in Ontario.

    5. Figure out whether you're a sitter or stander.
    6. Allow some time for break-in.
    7. Some people will need knee pads.
