I’ve been wondering about the cropped groove pants, as I don’t think they look flattering on the models, I always thought they were supposed to be for shorter people, but I think they are trying to push the noughties trends, I remember having wearing shorter flared trousers back then, and also the mid rise and low rise even super low rise bottoms. Not sure if those trends are for me again. Looking forward to see if the UK get the satin trousers soon xx
The mid-rise satin pants look pretty high-rise on you though. It seems to cover your belly button and sit right below your align top. But to elaborate why brands would want to make mid-rise pants: mid-rise definitely compliments people with longer limbs and shorter torsos well! High rise tends to drown out people with short torsos very easily
