If anybody wants to see where this car got its kit and where the kit originally came from look back a couple of Larry Chen videos and he actually interviewed the Japanese guy that produced it ! Remember the really loud full carbon Vantage Larry did a couple vids back ?

The guy in Japan with the full dry carbon Aston.... I remember, it seemed like just a couple weeks ago, but my memory is shot in certain aspects 😅

Absolutely love this generation V8 Vantage designed by Henrik Fisker. Its timeless. It has nice, sultry clean lines. There's literally no bad angle on this car! What DRVN did was give it more of an aggressive look inside and out. Sick!

Ah Japanese dry carbon, literally the best. My 96 built Honda CBR1100XX, besides the Japanese hand bent full titanium 60.5mm straight through exhaust (TSR Technical Sports Racing), and full rack of Kehin FCR41 Flatside carbs, had a full dry carbon Coerce made rear cowl, dry carbon Coerce rear splash and chain guard, dry carbon A-Tech lower front fairings, A-Tech dry Kevlar tank surround, and Magical Racing dry carbon CBRXX specific mirrors (with LED DRL and signals) and dry carbon Coerce windscreen (carbon surround with Acrylic center in Magical Racing's special iridescent coating I forget the name for 😅), plus a bunch of other Japanese goodies like TSR clutch slave, TSR rearsets, TSR specific Brembos front and rear with Sun discs, AS Uotani ignition, Baby Face bar ends, and a Moriwaki oil fill and drain..... and my dumbass sold it when I started having neck issues 😖 all that money and waiting for shipping, down the drain 😩

When I go back to the UK I'm really interested in getting a Rapide S. I can't go all out like this with what would be a family car but it's nice to know there are options.
I'm just hoping that by that point I won't be forced into having an EV, as I'm going to have driven EVs for a few years then...

    • @PixelisedPaul

Mate, our roads are so bad that if you don’t write your wheels or suspension off in the first month, you’ll probably get hit from behind braking for an amber light. No point in owning a nice car in this shitty country.

Leave it to an American to mess up metric conversions. LOL. You're probably right. 11-15kg probably closer to full body panels. The rear bumper I can confidently say was just north of 4 lbs.
