Thank you for this video! I think the messy phase is detachment from the 3D world. It's disconnecting from the years and years of school, television, jobs, relationships etc., that program us to NOT listen to our inner voice. This process of detachment is indeed a mess. And can be scary/disorienting. For a while.

Thanks for the comment! 📚 Depends on what you want. For a more spiritual perspective, I would recommend 'From Intellect to Intuition' by Alice Bailey. For a more "psychology" leaning, "The Cognitive Types" by Jung. Then there are pop psychology books like Blink by Malcolm Gladwell haha which are always fun to read

Listening to you speak soothes my anxiety.
Intuition to me is knowing without knowing why. Feelings that are out of place. Understanding concepts without study.
    And FANTASY.
Is it Ni that makes us day dream? Forms the stories in our heads.
Is it true all INFJ fantasise about being a super hero with super powers and saving people. If you have, what's your super power and whats your origin story (short)?
Thanks again Amy. I always feel enriched after listening to you speak.

Hi Amy, I enjoyed this video. If i shared all my intuition stories, then it would end up as a TLDR. Lol
The more you use it, the stronger and more accurate it will become. After like the 10th time, I was asked, "How did you know that?" I started asking myself that same question. I learned to intuit on my intuition. Most of the time, it would be the tiniest thread. Patterns developed (2 is a pattern, lol) Here and there, I never figured out where it came from. Collective unconscious possibly.
It's not an exaggeration to say that my intuition is how I survived my childhood. I understood the situation as it was happening. I was the scapegoat in a narcissistic family system. God gave me gifts to "see" it all clearly. I was the truth teller child as well. I still remember the day when my mother realized I saw right through her. I actually have complete memory recall from 11 days after my 3rd birthday. A particularly egregious physical abuse was perpetrated on me that day. I was the staring little weirdo with his million why's. Lol. My mother is a dark triad, no joke. I healed long ago. I actually laugh about how ridiculous the nonsense was. 🙄
I'll give an example of intuition...
I would sneak out of my room like a ninja to take a look at my mom. Even with her back turned, I knew from that glance if I was getting a beating that day. If the answer was yes, then I would go out my window into the woods for a few hours to prepare. I was 4 years old at the time. I always listened to my intuition. When I encounter toxic people, I laugh to myself. My adult dark triad mother couldn't break me as an infj heyoka empath child, do they really think they can. Then I laugh more, YES! They actually think they can. Lol
Apologies for the narcissism tangent. It's more pervasive than many realize. Education is the best defense.
I've been more candid these last few months about that and my struggle with depression and suicide (not related to childhood) I was diagnosed with PTSD and major depressive disorder with a dash of hypervigilance a few years back. I would dissociate for hours at a time. I have been nightmare free for 18 months now, I'm happy to say. Awareness and removing the stigma regarding mental health are important to me.
My brother is overt narcissist golden child. My mother is covert variety. Props to my dad, he was awesome. Unfortunately, he traveled for work a lot. He would be gone for months at a time.
In summation, intuition is a very powerful trait.
I love music, I can go weeks at a time with no television, just music. I'll share this tune. If you can relate, your intuition is going.
Things that make you go hmm by C&C Music Factory
I learned a few months back that if I share a song with you. There is a reason. I didn't even know I was doing it. Lol
But hey, there's a reason and meaning for everything.

I've read that the comment section is important to the RUclips algorithm. It would stand to reason that the community section would be important also. Posting there and potential interaction with your subscribers would be beneficial to grow your channel. If time allotment is available. A person can only do what they can do. Consistency is important as well. Human face expressing emotion iin the thumbnail including the colors red, blue, or green. It catches the eye. People are naturally drawn to human faces.
I've reflected on "impulse." I believe that could just be your perception. Without access to the subconscious, there's no way to really know how long that impulse was tossed about in the subconscious before being neuron- mailed to the conscious self.
Consider this: if you've had your intuition invalidated by logical thinkers(#1 reason why intuitive dominants don't trust their intuition). I would posit that introverted intuition running at maximum power could be advantageous with respect to efficiency. In essence, working on 2 problems at once. One consciously, and one subconsciously. The conscious uses around 25% of total mind power, the subconscious uses the remaining 75%. I know where I want my problem solving thoughts to be.
I'm not implying there is a better than/ lesser than mentality at play. Our preferences make us who we are as unique individuals. We can leave that better/ lesser nonsense to the binary thinkers(read narcissists) lol
I want to live in a free thinking society where unconditional love is the only love because that is the truth. If love is conditional or transactional, then it is not love at all.

Thank you for your kind words, Amy. I understand that for anyone with a modicum of empathy, that was hard to read. My hope is that perhaps my story can show someone that a way out and healing are within reach. I've been on my own since age 16. By my own choice. Proof that one can not only survive but thrive.
After my dark night of the soul, my personal and spiritual growth increased greatly. Over the last 13 months, it's been exponential.
During a particularly intense time of self reflection. It was like there was another mind inside my mind. It was me but wasn't me at the same time, and it made me look at myself inside as an objective outside observer. It wasn't pretty. It was the hardest thing I've ever done. I realized all the flaws and good qualities together make me who I am. I had to own the flaws and accept them but not let them be in control. I still fail, being human and all. I was able to forgive myself in that moment. I place a premium on my inner peace. " When there is no enemy within, the enemy without can do you no harm"- Unknown Sage
I'll stop here with one more quote
"Who looks outside; dreams. Who looks inside; awakes"- Carl Jung
Now I'll go have a nice cry. Lol cathartic emotional release.

It's tough dealing with a life path which can get rougher than rapids on a river or just as brutal as tornados n earthquakes, I'm a heyoka infj myself r u a Pisces by any chance? Either way I totally understand the precognitive intuition n seeing others feelings, no clue if lvl is a thing though, since I was a kid its easy to sense wat others felt n wat their intention was though my lifestyle is very different from urs though I do now see that my mom maybe a covert narcissist since she's not as sever as my sister n older brother, I agree love isn't somin to be traded or materialized into profit, I love quality materials like cloths n the one I wanna marry should b bonding with my soul not my possession of caches of IOU/ I owe you's debt, were not on earth forever n children r the future not just a legacy n wonder wea the path leads next furr all.

I find it best not to analyze my intuition, as the curious mind then starts to justify the alternatives. Intuition at core level, is the souls inner truth to any situation or future event. Trust the innate knowing and never let a doubt enter the process … or the purity of intuition will be rendered useless…

This reminds me of “the great integrity” or the “tao” and how it all leads you into the authentic self. Paradoxically, it accomplishes this teaching selflessness. Read the tao te Ching and see if you take away anything from it. There’s also a great story in Bhagavad Gita about when Krishna helps a warrior follow the path of the hero that he was always meant to take. (I believe this is metaphorical and Krishna is representative of that natural intuition we posses as our divine guide.) They made a movie about it called bagger Vance which is also incredible.
    Definitely worth checking out.

You have a unique perspective... each has their own perspective, which is only a reflection of an environment. Maybe people can be deceived by the environment, if the environment has been infected...
There are advanced levels of intuition employed by individual's that fall into several categories of psychological disorder's. Intuition is a tool, and most that develop and refine intuition, do this for counterproductive projection...the counterproductive projection, in turn becomes integrated to the environment we all share.

Thanks for commenting, Dan 💛. Intuition is a subjective phenomenon, and it's counterproductive to go in with the mindset of "refining" it. Often, it unfolds naturally. Appreciate your perspective!
