Hey, this is very beautiful and impactful mate. I totally relate to your feelings on this, the temptatiom to bury our heads in the sand as the world systems fall apart is strong - but i now have the knowledge that practicing 'active hope', and affecting the lives of people around us in a prefigurative and positive way, is for me the only way i can be happy in this situation.. To know that i am giving the best i can to help those I can live a happier life for as long as possible , even if much else crumbles around us :) Ive experienced both sides, and all the things i have done I'm proud of have helped both people and the planet in a small, local but significant way! I shall get those books, thankyou for the recommendedations. I will share with friends.. Stay strong, do what you do, as its making an impact in ways you wont even know yet..
