They did this across the United States in Federal Indian Probate, now we probate minerals only, no land is owned, where there isn't any minerals to sell or lease, because this should have been only for states that have oil/gas and other minerals that are worth something. This costs hundreds and thousands of dollars every year and it is ridiculous!
Gov needs to sell that land to the mineral owners, how did this happen!
She lies. Under a conservation easement or lease, the lands are closed to mineral entry and in the case of mitigation, will be preserved in-perpetuity for preservation.

If it's your land you should be able to use it how you want to. As long as it's legal. And you're taking away those rights. So the other lady was wrong. She at least seems to be willing to answer questions but she's wrong in determining what someone can use their land for. That is not right

This should not be an issue. The idea you own the topsoil but someone else owns everything below the soil, should never have been a law to begin with. If you purchase any kind of real estate make sure the title company did their homework, and if someone has the rights to the minerals below, walk and don't buy that property.
