Very nice. I've been thinking about adding a computer repair workshop building for a home business soon and this device would make it much easier (and cheaper) to get internet service from the house to the shop.

So I have a couple of silly questions.
1.) do I need to have both modules hosted outside or can I have one in my closet of my house and the other one in my garage?
2.) Internet from my house to my garage, which is a couple blocks away, I need a second router for the garage?
3.) can I still use the same IP address as my home?

      1) It does say in the manual not to have any walls in the way, but I'm thinking that would just reduce the distance it can transmit and receive.
      2) Yes, you need a second router at the receiving unit.
      3) I think so as it is just extending your primary modem and internet connection, but that question may be a bit above my pay grade 🙂 There is a lot of information in the manual about setting IP's . I could scan the manual and send it to you if you want. internetelectrician@gmail.com
