I’ve been watching your videos forever and as a mom from Mississippi I’d ask myself why but your engaging lol then my daughter got into NYU graduate school so now I’m watching with purpose 🎉
I like how light hearted these videos are. I will never live there, but it's still fun to watch. Cash needs more subscribers. This is one of the better YT channels.
Those tall pipes are sewer vent pipes for the units below. Usually only around 12 inches high on a roof but being a deck they hope the wonderfully aromas from all your lower rent neighbors below you will be carried by the wind.
$8050.00 rent on a two bedroom, are we being punked? I’m scrambling to gather $7k to get my whole house painted! My house payment is like just less than $700.00. You lost me on the first place but I love the second one bedroom apartment and the last apartment with all that room and light very nice. Have a “zippity do da day” Cash!
They're brand new, they have laundry machines, but...$8,000 for a two bedroom? Given typical NYC weather, how much are you going to use that expensive deck? $4,900 for a one-bedroom with a tiny balcony? If I was in the required $200,000-$300,000 income bracket, I'm not sure this would be my neighborhood choice.
Off to a good start Cash. Nothing at all like the depressing apartments from yesterday. Alex seems to have some peculiar places 😂 I love Tyler's chill vibe. I also loved each light filled apartment, but my favourite was the studio; I think a murphy bed would be perfect for the studio. I didn't win the lottery, so I guess I'm not moving 😜 but if I had, I'd love to live in new York City.
Hey man, I live in a rain forest on river front in the PNW. I built a 5,342 sq. ft. custom home with my own hands and no hired labor. Don't knock the forest because it's beautiful even when the river causes it to be foggy.
Tyler is awesome! He seems so laid back compared to some realtors you have had on your vids. I would much rather work with someone more calm than high pressure. He has jumped into my #2 - right after Charles. ❤
hey cash, i've been watching your videos since 2020 and i'm from argentina, and i can't believe Tayler was drinking the most traditional infusion of my country, Mate! that's awesome, u must try it!
Your editing skills are top notch! I can't imagine how long it takes you to make these videos but you crank them out! Kudos to you. Plus you have a great personality in spite of not being able to pronounce "boutique." 😜
Boy, watching your videos makes me so nostalgic about my hometown. Sometimes I really miss the city. But I have to say, there is no way I could afford an apartment these days. When I left the rents were dirt cheap. Love the videos though.
Mr. Cash - your videos are incredible. Your honesty and humor is stupendous! Your incites and inputs on NYC are so frightening, that I pray that nobody tries to silence you. Bless you, Dude, I just listen to you 1 video after another. You are a breath of fresh air and I truly loved the times you shared, with us, your wife and kids.
That is one laid back dude, hey Tyler😊. They Will rent. I compare this to an older, but larger(w/out the Huge terrace) for 74 I saw the other day. Location would this one make.😉 (I'd like to see someone, has she/they grown?)😘
Wow, I just watched your real estate video and I have to say, it's incredibly well done! The production quality is top-notch, with beautiful and crisp visuals that really capture the essence of the property. Your attention to detail is impressive, from the carefully curated shots that showcase the most attractive features of the home, to the seamless transitions that keep the viewer engaged throughout. The video also does an excellent job of highlighting the unique selling points of the property, which will undoubtedly appeal to potential buyers. Overall, your real estate video is a testament to your creativity, expertise, and dedication to delivering a high-quality product. Great job!
The Hudson is not "grimy" thank you; it is as clean as it was the first time they tested it ca.1907. Recent sightings: whales (following food fish), seals sunning, dolphins (in the tributary - Bronx River. They were not lost, they were there exploring -and they got out alive). Tyler is super casually funny. The apartments have a lot of character for new construction.
$8,000 a month for an apartment!😮!😮! Almost $100,000 a year! Wow! Imagine if people who can barely afford it sacrifice for 5 years and save 1/2 a $Million! A nice down payment on a NY house or can pay all cash for a home most anywhere else. 🤔
Read up on the history of the East River - thanks to the EPA and good regulation, all of NY harbor is massively cleaner over the last 50 years, leading to a renaissance in wildlife ranging from whales and seals to the billion oyster project. New Yorkers *do* care about clean water, and have done a world-class job of improving it!
And the cheapest is still double our monthly mortgage for a house with a two car garage by the river. NYC - Great place to visit, but I sure as hell wouldn't want to live there.
All three were lovely units. I actually guessed The exact amount of the rents. Goes to show you I have nothing better to do than to watch all of Cash's videos that I already know what the rents will go for. By the way, I love Tyler... he's very chill guy and I wonder what he keeps drinking out of his thermos? 😉
haha I know right? I was looking at the shelf just imagining how sweet it would be to have all my spices lined up there instead of the awful little cabinet they're currently banished in in my crappy kitchen!
You could actually afford to live there!!!!!... Wow I'm so poor, I'm struggling to pay my bills because here in London UK the cost of living (crisis) is out of control. And I'm not the only one.
I have a confession to make...I used to wear a pair of striped overalls like those in '78 and '79. I was trying to be cool like Lowell George. Now, it's out! You now know I'm officially an oldster!
Cash, taking the visual tour of buildings that are going to be rehabbed is your open door to your future. “Look at the hole in the ground.” You are so funny- at the same time you are getting your viewers set-up for what’s coming. Think about those 70,000 units coming to NYC. Take Tyler, Alex and your best buds with you and take your success to a new level. I loved everything single aspect of this video. Keep going- you are doing so well!☮️
Please be kind to me... I am a Florida native and not well-traveled. Why are there so many scaffolds in NY? How long do they stay there? I have also noticed that I rarely see people eating on those cute little by-the-road accommodations, why is that? I thought NY was busy all the time. Are you up super early when you tour these apartments, or is Covid still happening there? I have so many real questions, but that's it for now.
Scaffolding goes up prior to work being done on the building and comes down once all safety inspections have been passed...couuld be weeks, could be years.
Ffs Cash, all that space in the living area of that first apartment and you can't visualize a better set up than to cram everything to one side like it's only 8 ft wide? Why in the world would someone want put their dining table under the TV when they could easily set up two distinct spaces with dining on the far side and living area on the other.
"Definitely work with Tyler... He likes my jokes" LOL Tyler seems like a good dude. Great video Cash!

Hey Cash. Any chance you could let us know when the apartments being shown are pet friendly? Thanks!

Cash jokes, but I'm only affording that place if I have multiple friends sleeping in tents on the terrace lol
But you only have to share it with 12 other people!! C'mon!
As the wife of a house painter it looks like you're being punked with a $7K paint job...😉
Is it $8k a month or per week?
It’s $8k a month… and most likely they require the household to make 2-3x the rent in income a month 😮😑
Those apartments are so bright and airy! I couldn’t afford any of them, but dreams are nice.
Ahhh. Best thing about Monday.
Cash: What could be more exciting than a brown sweater from J. Crew?
Me: The use of sarcasm runs rampant in this one.😂😂😂

Didn't he say Williamsburg? It's exactly the neighborhood for that income bracket (& higher).
It wouldn't be my *city* of choice, either.
Well put!

Not only that Argentinians would be proud, but Uruguayans as well.

@@robertlaird6746 wow! You have have

These apartments are so fancy that Cash isn’t even slamming the appliance doors - wow.
He has recently learned how to shut appliance doors. Ask Charles.
Tyler seems like a great dude to chill and get to know over a cold beverage or two. I bet he has the pulse on the city on speed dial.
Thanks Jason! Much appreciated
I love when you show spaces with a friend. Tyler is pretty dang cool! OC, you are too. 😉
Tyler: I'm 6'5 on a good day! LOL These are beautiful apartments, the design is really nice and cozy. I loved how they staged the second one!

I really like this place but I just can't imagine living in NYC. So much to do I'd be overwhelmed.

Hi Cash and to your friend that is a spectacular view of NYC from this nice castle like apartment stay safe and well👍
Awesome job Jordan .
All nice apartments but the rent in NY is crazy. Also Tyler looks like Andre 3000 from OutKast.

For those prices, the stove top should be glass not electric coil…
Shake Shack hotdogs are good. I wish they’d bring back the one with the toppings.
If Tyler's 6' 5" and he can't reach the top shelving of the cabinets, then what chance do I have at 5'6"
Every kitchen in America should have a built-in space for an Easy Bake oven.
Love the neighborhood tour. Nice new apartments but higher priced than others that were just as nice for less. Anyway loved your jokes See ya
The good mate,never fails
