Classic Brooklyn neighborhood. The apartments are really nice and reasonably priced for NYC. It's great to move into a new building. The 2-bdrm is, of course, the nicest, but even the studio is nice. I like that the kitchens have room to move. So, they're safe. Narrow kitchens are not safe. Everybody dreams of moving to Brooklyn and growing their own sneakers, Cash.

Great video, Cash! Love rhe building! I'm nit partial to studios, but it was nice and not a bad size. The 1 beds are both great spaces, but I think I like the first one with the larger balcony. The finishes are beautiful and having laundry is such a plus. Of course, the 2 bed with the upstairs and the roof deck is my absolute favorite but it is expensive. If you can afford that one - take! Love your running commentary on the neighborhood. Very valuable and so funny! I look forward to your videos every day!

I actually lived that life you describe in Gotham and often it feels like it was just a dream all those years ago when the Beatles were in their heyday: 67, 68, 69. It was safe and affordable in the Village and it felt like everybody loved everybody. I was blessed enough to hit the sweet spot in history in America in the greatest city ever created by man. Now I'm looking for a different city that won't be created by man but by God himself. May come sooner than we think!! And everyone will really 💕 love everyone. Forever!!
That last place with the roof deck was pretty dope. Thing that kills me on that 2nd floor, get rid of that railing. Put in solid walls and a door at the top of the stairs. Make it its own self contained bedroom where you have privacy, you can lock the door. I mean there is a closet and full bathroom up there, why treat it as a loft, its a lousy setup for roomates.

Bk being this expensive is insane to me. We have a 2bd in the upper east for 3450 - laundry in unit, dishwasher, decent sized bedrooms and super sunny apt. People move to Bk because it's supposed to be cheaper than Manhattan and now it's not. Wtf is going on with NYC
Put a Murphy bed and side cabinets in the studio. If made where I got mine they can look like a classy paneled wall. I purchased at Lancaster Handcraft. I do not sell murphy beds or accessories. BTW Note the induction cooktop. These are very good.

I wish I could afford these places! Such a 😎 city! But I can't believe how expensive it is to live in NYC! You have to be rich lol I live in metro Detroit and my rent is $640. I'm not sure of the square footage but it's a pretty roomy one bedroom. It has great closets, and my own laundry room, which doubles as storage.
They look pretty nice and well-finished, but for those prices, you'd think more than one apartment would have a tub in them (and not just on the second floor of the top apartment)--I could probably do with a standing shower in a pinch if it's a place I like and can really afford, but it's nice to just have the option for a soak 😭

NYC (and even Brooklyn) prices will curl your hair, but this building seems to offer more for the outrageous money. Everything new, laundry, storage room, some with outdoor space - and in a seemingly quiet neighborhood 6 minutes from the train.
