Would LOVE to see u give it a go. Found you from shredded sports & you’ve become one of my favorite channels in that short time. Love the content!! Keep it up! 🕺
Great video. When working with pills and not a powder form, it works best with a mortar and pestle. Same with the egg shells. If you don't have that a hammer works well. Use a plastic bag like a Ziploc to keep the pills and or shells in one spot so they don't fly around every where. Using plastic also allows you to rinse with milk or water into the shake so you don't lose a bit of it. I know they say what doesn't kill ya makes you stronger but maybe use a hard boiled egg. A little safer. Keep up the awesome work.
Peel the inner sides of the banana peel and throw into mix for lots of extra nutrients. Organic honey (Tbs.) and powdered cocoa would be nice additions. Add some cold distilled water if the shake is too thick. Great video! Keep it up.

Wash and save your egg shells then bake in a low oven before blending into a fine powder. This can then be added into any shakes you make without bits of shell in it
Royal jelly is made FOR the queen bee not BY the queen bee FYI. Otherwise, great video! I recently came across your channel and have been enjoying it thoroughly.
Lol this is the thing most people don’t understand. Most these days are consumed by Taste when it comes to food. It has to taste unbelievably incredible for most to enjoy it, but that means it is packed with Sugar, Sat and Fat, sometimes all 3 from multiple sources within one dish. He was a Machine, Bruce Lee didn’t care about taste. He was only alive to Train and Become the Greatest man alive physically. He just wanted to prove how Powerful he could Become, and he did just that.
Boiling egg shells helps to break them down faster than they would raw. Maybe boiling, then letting them dry before powdering in a high power blender or grinder. Use a powerful grinder for things other than coffee: sweetener/erythritol, seeds, etc. The shell may still be gritty, so maybe skip it and a use veg-based calcium supplement w/ k2 instead.
gaba daily is a must for anyone. he took powder forms of all those ingredients. there is no need to break up capsules, just take them with water. also, other forms of b vitamins and digestive enzymes are good for anyone who does not do well with yeast
That's pretty cool Bruce Lee was definitely a genius I also heard that he would put a raw steak in there of course I don't think I could personally do that myself
You said Bruce Lee was lactose intolerant ... im going to say with 99.9% positivity that he used full eggs (including the shells) to help with calcium intake since he never got any from milk products
I always pre blend anything lke nuts and seeds and egg shells in my coffee grinder. Turns it to powder then i added to the mix. You can do the same with the wheat germ and oats etc. Thats my tip of for today 😉 oh and Bruce also added bee pollen apparently.
Interesting. If I remember correctly, in Schwarzenegger book of bodybuilding he recommends taking lecithin granualas and brewers yeast with his protein shake. Choline and inositol were considered to be liver protective and were recommended in the old days of bodybuilding to get as a steroid cycle support. Lecithin is an emulsifier and helps absorb fats. It also supposedly contains or turns to choline in the body. So those supplements were really popular in the old days of bodybuilding as they appear on Schwarzenegger encyclopedia of bodybuilding.
As for the brewers yeast i believe they contain vitamin b types and should also help with digestion. Just too much make one susceptible to fungal infections.
A good daily combination is to eat 4 boiled eggs 1 banana, milk or water and my vitamins of choice are L-Arginine, Zinc, potassium, B-12 , C, Iron, omega 3-6-9, Ginseng. a supplement called Slow- mag which contains calcium, Magnesium, Chloride.
Yeah I'm lactose intolerant so I don't eat a lot of dairy. You can get your daily calcium requirement from only 1 tsp eggshell powder. I find that it it easiest to eat by putting the powder directly in my mouth and then swallowing it with a mouthful of water. As you discovered its not the easiest to drink in a shake haha

I like your message tho.. It's just not easy to ignore the charm of success, accomplishments and power and chase peace and love instead when you have so much testosterone running in your body. :D
I remember hearing a quote ( may have been one of his kids ) but Bruce Lee said he never eats anything that wouldn't help him in some way shape or form if it isn't good fo you then he didn't want it. Love the vid very informative 👌👍
Me and my son have used this in the past minus the egg shells and raw egg as we just ate eggs when we wanted cooked as they taste nice. I have come back here to be reminded of what the ingredients are. The yeast and wheat germ I got was powder and the lecithin was grains like little balls. Let me tell you some facts from experience. It tastes like very poor, we nicknamed it the dogs**t shake. I felt faster, sharper, calmer and just all round energetic. The weird after taste of alcohol without the effects of alcohol from the yeast is strange at first. You think right I’ve just downed a pint (your brain thinks that) but yeah you feel great. It’s an expensive lot so once you get it make sure you use it. No digestive issues no problems at all. In was deffo faster I know becouse I found it weird how fast I could move for my age. I’ve come back to gather the ingredients and I’ll be sipping on a DG shake soon enough. Be prepared to want to move quickly like an ache to just go!
Great video! In my protein shake I put creatine, inositol, TMG, potassium citrate, rapeseed lecithin, garlic, algae omega 3 oil, pea protein isolate, a banana, fortified soy milk and orange juice. I choose pea protein isolate because I'm vegan and because pea protein is low in methionine and cysteine. (a methionine restricted diet is associated with increased longevity.) I think legumes and peas in particular have about the best amino acid profile. Garlic is in there because allicin in garlic reduces the number of TMAO producing bacteria and supports cardiovascular health. I use potassium citrate because it alkalizes the body, improves calcium balance and aids in muscle recovery. The fortified soy milk contains phytoestrogens which improves bone health and muscle recovery and 17-alpha-estradiol (non feminizing estrogen) has been linked to increased longevity in male rodent studies. The fortified soy milk also contains calcium and B vitamins. The orange juice makes it taste better, but also contains extra citrate in the form of citric acid, which counterintuitively alkalizes the body as well. I may also add some taurine to this shake. I also use nicotine patches as a nootropic and a bunch of other supplements like D3, niacin, Magnesium malate (I may replace this with bisglycinate), K2, CoQ10, hyaluronic acid, Ashwagandha, olive leaf extract.
Funny how you mention increasing muscle speed. One of the nanoscale augmentations in the first Deus Ex through 'Sorting rotors accelerate calcium ion concentration in the sarcoplasmic reticulum, increasing an agent's muscle speed several-fold and multiplying the damage they inflict in melee combat.'
I don't know if its different in the UK but egg shells can have salmonella on them so you should boil the shell before you eat it. Also you can turn the shells into a powder with a blender or pistol and mortar.

Nutrition expert mid twentieth century author Adele Davis recommended a similar pep up drink with milk, eggs and shells, brewers yeast, lethesin, orange juice concentrate, a drop of OTC iodine (like you put on cuts), a small amount of Epsom salts, I forget what else maybe bananas. She also recommended a nutrient rich, low processed food diet. Her books went out of favor because she died with cancer. And food fashion went vegetarian.

Most of them eat up to 6, even 7 meals a day because the huge ones literally can’t go more than 2 hours sometimes without becoming nauseous from hunger.
Very interested in Bruce Lee a big fan since a kid. ..
the Bruce lee training video was how i found your channel i then went on and watched all your other vids very much enjoy this channel keep up the great work.
+Ivan Alonso Thanks! Glad you are enjoying the content, lots more to come :-D
Whey- Wheat Germ- Banana- Peanut Butter- milk- choline inositol- brewers yeast- lecithin-
Wash and Boil the egg shells
Grind eggshells to powder😎
good share....I din't eat eggs but you really got me thinking about getting a mixer and doing this.
I've added the wheat germ to my shakes and noticed a bit of a more healthy digestion.
I've been practicing JKD for 3 years now.
glad to see someone else sharing the Tao ,=)
Yes wheat germ is great for digestion and healthy gut flora. Tbh I think I'll stick to swallowing/eating my supplements individually - but if you can come up with a good recipe it can be a convenient/tasty way to get your nutrients :-)
Eggs are great for increasing your chances of developing heart disease!

Hi mate I have subscribed to you as I’m a big fan of Bruce Lee’s philosophy and training I have the art of expressing the human body and 2 of his official jeet June do books ,I do a cardio martial outdoor workout in the woods using his philosophy of willingness wisdom and mind power,so do more videos of him as your great my friend 💯🙏🏻
Not me leaving me a comment about Royal jelly only to see you incorporate it (well kinda) during the end! 😂
That’s AWESOME. I use to get it straight from the bee keepers.
Really helped my grandmother & I when we were having some health issues.
If you have a P.O. & I ever come across some in the future, I’d be happy to send some up your way.
Thank you kindly! And awesome tips :-)
Peel the inner sides of the banana peel and throw into mix for lots of extra nutrients. Organic honey (Tbs.) and powdered cocoa would be nice additions. Add some cold distilled water if the shake is too thick. Great video! Keep it up.
good vid!! i learned about jeet kune do 38 yrs ago.my sufu was paul vunak so i know ia lot about bruce diet and work out too .dan taught paul and he taught me, jkd keep up the teachings ...good job im the 4th generation of jkd tree
Paul Vunak is a boss of martial arts! You’re keeping very good company 💪🏻
My hero.overall teacher.mind body soul..nobody comes close.god bless the immortal bruce lee.a godsent.great video.my friend.!!!
09:07 Looks like one of the bananas slices is a FACE!! 😱😀😅😂😂🙃 Great video man~! ;)
Haha! I thought that at the time!
Hihi~~~ :D
same same :)
Hahahahaha, I see it.
Raw egg white contains avidin which if consumed regularly can lead to biotin deficiency...
Bruce Lee was also a big fan of WATAAAAAAA!!
Another good reason to leave the egg shells in is the skin beneath the shell which is pure collagen- needed for your joints and ligaments.
Thank you for incite on Bruce Lee's Diet!
Thanks for watching!
Ah thanks a lot for the correction! And glad you're enjoying it :-D
Thanks for your efforts about this video first Bruce movie I saw at at cinema in Turkey I was 9 years old
"It is disgusting" well he was feeding his body not his taste buds.
Subbed for the fact that you used a LITERAL fucking hammer to crush those pills at 12:14 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Just found this guy and when i saw the hammer sitting next to the board I was like, he's not is he?
You guys don’t have a kitchen hammer???
gaba daily is a must for anyone. he took powder forms of all those ingredients. there is no need to break up capsules, just take them with water. also, other forms of b vitamins and digestive enzymes are good for anyone who does not do well with yeast
That's pretty cool Bruce Lee was definitely a genius I also heard that he would put a raw steak in there of course I don't think I could personally do that myself
back then, raw ingredients might be still somewhat edible because the lack of (preserving) chemical and/or diet of the animal. just guessing tho
@@yogieyo9935 it is possible because they probably hadn't no chemicals or less chemicals then in our food and they do now
2 things: use a mortar & pestle to grind your pills, or get a high powered blender (blendtec or vitamin are both great).
Great videos man ! I love your material ! In addition, honey is anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial.
Your faucet is mesmerizing. I never saw a flat faucet like that.
enjoying very much of your content a lot! thanks for it all
Thanks for watching!
You said Bruce Lee was lactose intolerant ... im going to say with 99.9% positivity that he used full eggs (including the shells) to help with calcium intake since he never got any from milk products
Interesting recipe. I wonder if he really tried it. Your explanation seems logical👍
What is a good substitute for peanut butter if allergic?
Absolutely enjoyed this thank you and learned a lot! Blessings B,
I always pre blend anything lke nuts and seeds and egg shells in my coffee grinder. Turns it to powder then i added to the mix. You can do the same with the wheat germ and oats etc. Thats my tip of for today 😉 oh and Bruce also added bee pollen apparently.
Wow, I went to go subscribe but I already did. Great video!
Thanks! Lol,good move you-from-the-past!
Hahaha, that means that subscription is not enough important.
I think you are reading my mind. I was wondering about Bruce Lee's diet the other day.
Lol I am! That's how I came up with the idea :-)
Adam Sinicki Then I'm looking forward to your next video too!!!
Adam Sinicki lol
A good daily combination is to eat 4 boiled eggs 1 banana, milk or water and my vitamins of choice are
L-Arginine, Zinc, potassium, B-12 , C, Iron, omega 3-6-9, Ginseng. a supplement called Slow- mag which contains calcium, Magnesium, Chloride.
Bruce got a lot of his information from Charles Atlas course and then later Vince Gironda
Vince was the man,Bodybuilding champion friends of mine like Robby Robinson spoke highly Of him. I have his rare books. Order Vince's locker..
Vince was a true innovator. I'll have to look that book up thanks! I had all of his books but movers lost them all :(

@truth2masses truthatlast The "Lat Spread," was in fact a Scapula Extension exercise, from Maxalding.
Dr frank makes a strong point about brewers yeast in the no aging diet
Could've used a coffee grinder, or even just a mortar and pestle on those egg shells first.
It would be nice if u would put all the supplements on your description thanks
I had no clue about Lecithin. Research mode Activated!!
Lol! And that is how I lose hours of my day...
You can get a good amount of both lecithin and choline from raw eggs. I personally consume 2 raw eggs a day in a smoothie I make (in place of a meal).
Sun flower is the best source , stay away from soy
Excellent for the blood !
Currently using cordyceps, lion's mane and adding some new stuff with these.
I thought I was a total freak for eating egg shells. Knowing that Bruce Lee did it makes me very happy
Lol if that makes you a freak then it must be the best kind of freak! Do you eat them for calcium?
Yeah I'm lactose intolerant so I don't eat a lot of dairy. You can get your daily calcium requirement from only 1 tsp eggshell powder. I find that it it easiest to eat by putting the powder directly in my mouth and then swallowing it with a mouthful of water. As you discovered its not the easiest to drink in a shake haha
+Lanky Mc Gainsplease Ah just like Lee himself! And you know what I never even made that connection. Makes sense! And yeah lol that sounds much better!
Dude awesome video I've only saw your Lee videos so I don't know the rest you have done, but more martial artists like bill Wallace, Norris, hugg, mas oyama would be freaking awesome.
How much GABA do you think Bruce Lee took to be like water?
Lol GABA makes me sleepy! Which I guess is pretty water like...
you sir.. not worth it
Mizu no kokoro

As far as I know Bruce Lee died due to an allergic reaction, unlike many of the names you just listed whose deaths were directly related to extremes brought by their "professions".
"It's not that bad except it sort of is." 😂
"Well yes, but actually no." LOL
He was a very knowledgeable person
You definitely needed to add more water to that shake dude haha, good video though
You can microwave the peanut butter so it can pour easy.
Good shout!
Microwaves are known to destroy the good Vitamins in ALL food.
I understand Lee had a top of the range centrifugal juicer which would have blended those shells etc a lot smoother..
really enjoy your videos maybe you should start a podcast :D
this is just a suggestion keep the good work
Thanks very much! It's definitely something I'm considering :-)
I don't know if its different in the UK but egg shells can have salmonella on them so you should boil the shell before you eat it. Also you can turn the shells into a powder with a blender or pistol and mortar.
Are you sure he didn't add a little water to it? You know to make it more of a shake and less like a paste...
Lol I did actually add a little water off-camera. It didn't help a whole ton but perhaps it needed more :-)
Humble guy, U deserve it man!
You should do an Oliver Queen (from Arrow) training, diet and skills video
Awesome idea, someone else mentioned that too! Consider it on the to-do list. Thanks :-D
Adam Sinicki Hey Adam just a suggestion but why don't you try the Bruce Lee diet for 3 months and do a results video I know the shake was terrible to you but you'd be the first person that we've seen on camera that's actually done the diet and have credible facts and info but just a suggestion but I know tons of ppl would love to see those results. Thanks for the video
I like this idea! I could try looking into his training routine too, which would be a massive commitment lol. Definitely something to think about, thanks for the suggestion :-)
Adam Sinicki Bro please do it this would most definitely big a great help to me I keep up with your channel faithfully and I'm telling you as a dedicated viewer this would change a great amount of lives mine included and yes it most definitely would require a ton of commitment but judging by your past videos you're the one to get the job done trust me PLEASE bro do it
I came back to write a list of all of these supplements and ingredients. I have a grocery store to visit and a nutrition shop to go to later.
Any good resources to learn about how different vitamins/minerals effect the body? Nutrition is something i absolutely struggle with.
my dad used to make me & my sisters protein drinks made from all tht stuff except the supplements & told us they were milkshakes 🤣 now I know where he got that shit from lol tried making lil Bruce lees
Lol your Dad sounds awesome! Did it work?
The Bioneer u replied 👀 He would do this along with juicing vegetables like carrots & radish for us very frequently.(this was about up to the age of 9) thru my whole life I've naturally felt like one of the most strongest lb for lb people around me, with less than 8% body fat since middle school. my cardiovascular system is also insane, people have always asked me what's wrong with my veins cuz u could see blue bulging lines out of my arms/legs all the time. I thought it was genetics but overall it's been apart of my healthiness compared to most ppl. I'm also a big believer in chi(life energy within us) & the correspondence it has with ur health & mind. awesome video man! u put in the time for great info 👌
The Bioneer so I'd say yes! I actually grew accustomed to those protein shakes as if they were treats. once I had a real milkshake I was blown away lol
Tiko Landa so in short your one EV AND IV trained pikachu
Nutrition expert mid twentieth century author Adele Davis recommended a similar pep up drink with milk, eggs and shells, brewers yeast, lethesin, orange juice concentrate, a drop of OTC iodine (like you put on cuts), a small amount of Epsom salts, I forget what else maybe bananas. She also recommended a nutrient rich, low processed food diet. Her books went out of favor because she died with cancer. And food fashion went vegetarian.
Can you do a video about your diet. pls :)
I actually did one about two years back you can check out here: ruclips.net/video/gK92Pq-c3fc/видео.html I'll definitely be covering it more in future though, as it has changed a bit since then :-)
!You are GREAT! I love your videos. A couple words were difficult to understand. Bruce Lee is a hero to humanity, and thank you for sharing the info. Don't think about the shake just chug. Uas a regular glass, not small hole. Add a tiny bit of filtered water to thin and blend longer. You prob already know that. THANK YOU😀
Can't believe you drank egg shell man! :D ... Epic
Haha! Won't be doing it again in a hurry. At least until I get a better blender...
You always have great content. This is the first time I've seen some humor injected into it, deliberately or not.😛
Very informative, thank you.👍
9:06 I thought Kenwood just made decks 🧐
Couldn't you grind the eggshell until it was a powder? I would never use it otherwise.
0:20 is bruce lee flash?
"It's not that bad except it is." Sounds like an honest assessment.
The book you had on your counter where did you get it from
Amazon I believe!
Thank you very much. I am from New Zealand I'm very much interested in Bruce Lee so how do I get to Amazon
Luka Alefosio Seriously?
Luka Alefosio it is a long and arduous journey boyo
Would this be fine as a daily mix or would daily be too much of each of these.
Bruce never ate processed? That's simply not true. As per Linda Lee, McDonald's was a treat they indulged in every now and then. (Source: Art of Expressing the Human Body)
The guy literally says in the video that he's sure Bruce treated himself sometimes. It is always the fool that speaks first lmao.
And it's called being a fucking human being. Cheat meals exist for a reason. I'm sure he just ate healthy most of the time though.
McDonald's back then is a lot different than it is today
Hello i wanted to ask about creatine since in the blog i saw creatine in your supplement stack and i wanted to know if there is an alternative for creatine since my father's side of the family had relatives who are bald and I'm hesitant on whether i should take creatine or not thanks
Lecithin is great
Cool, have you been using it? What do you find the effects to be? I've just started taking it as I researched this video. Previously I'd taken choline in other forms though. I find the inositol really pretty interesting :-)
papaya and Mango and Gravolia are full of if and Gravolia aka Sour Sop has mg fr mg 40,000X more potent anti cancer drug too. Many Nutritionists, Dieticians and Scientists know it.
Mr. Bioneer,
Would use Lee's shake as a pre or post workout drink? Thank you so very much for all the information, and hard work, that you researched and shared with us.
