Chris Cornell is like this Jesus looking almost elegant-looking hot, while Eddie is like this adorable boy with a manly voice and mannerisms. Both are jaw dropping with that hair!
eddie vedder to me is not attractive. first of he's short af, and his face isn't particular nice looking. He looks average. Cornell was truly the only gorgeous one from the grunge scene. Layne was tall and cute too but Chris was Hollywood type handsome.
@@YouAreMySunshine2 but what about Mike Starr? He looked like a male model. Except he was short
Has anyone else taken to carefully examining Chris's every movement? Cos you don't want to miss one second of that gorgeous man?
That part in the beginning always makes me laugh, they both look at each other like "are you gonna answer?" Lol. Then Kim just says "Seattle"
RIP Chris Cornell, one of a kind
Kurt Cobain in the suit had me laughing for hours.
Chris was so beautiful :'( all around
Not gay but he was ..beautiful
@@beggersbanquet-xt3xk just look at his daughters
what i would give to go back to these days.
mike johnson I dream of being back in the '90s and having these bands on my wall and being more grounded- less interweb driven.
Oh God, watching this makes me feel SO old, all these charismatic fresh-faced rockers from my youth.
What a shame we can't go back, it was fun while it lasted.
Seattle has spawned so many beautiful, talented men 😍
Chris Cornell was like a Big Hot Adonis! When ever I see a video with his face , I have to just look at it ! I've gotta do that with Layne Staleys too! The Beautiful dudes of Seattle big 90's! They didn't have all that makeup on like the poison and such bands! I am a sucker for dudes with long curly hair too! MIke Starr!! can't forget that face and hair !! RIP LAYNE & MIKE! we luv & miss you!!!
babesinmusicland RIP Chris
Campbell Doyon That was me ! Lol ! Another stolen email or when it turned to Google plus all my accounts would jacked! MacGregor Mathers Hey you ! Who says I wasn't calm ? That's me your talking to ! I know what kind of bodies they'd had ! I'm what 2 yrs younger than them ! I like my dudes tall and skinny ! They fit the mold I like ! Yes CC back in the Day in this video is Hot Adonis ! I say CC , Layne Staley and Mike Starr was cute even though he short ! May they all RIP !
At 6'2" Chris was hardly 'scrawny'.
2:09 so much hair and he made this little bun
I replayed the first 5 seconds like three times lol
Actually I think I'm gonna spend my evening replaying it
i've been doing that for like ten minutes straight
Looking back and seeing Chris as a young man, who would've thought that HE would be become such a legend! I mean, he is the only one of these groups still going super strong and still making great music 20+ years later. All kinds of different music too.he is a genius. He's performed all over the world for the Queen and the President. Just such an amazing talent and voice. I LOVE him!
Eddie is still around too.
Jerry Cantrell is still doing music, also Eddie Vedder
El Pechero RIP 😔😔😭
Many people around him back then saw the star power in him, I think.
and eddie vedder? is the last horsemen of grunge :( sad but true
Chris Cornell was and will always be beautiful.
RIP CC, really wish they'd have brought u back home....
These bands, are the besties in my eyes, Chris Cornell, Layne, and last but not least Mike Star. I'll bet there music in heaven is as great as there music was here on earth. R.I.P beautiful princes. I love you guys. See you soon
All of them are great bands, dont have a number 1.
Oh look I'm 51 now 2021 let me tell u all CC is the full deal I've never ever seen heard a more perfect man❤️it's been over 30 years I haven't and I miss him terribly
RIP Chris Cornell
It’s insane how different all of them were, but the music they played was somehow considered the same.
RIP Chris Cornell. He should've been buried in Seattle...not Hollywood. This one hurt. 😢
BrokenInTheBox I agree! He should rest in Seattle!
Was surprised by that myself
God The More I watch these, 'Reality' starts to hit hard again! I'm Devastated I never met you Chris, For Losing Our Mum -2016 The year I was meant to see you 'Live' Nothing was gonna stop me 2017 And then My Heart, AGAIN 👉💔

Chris Cornell is the most beautiful man in the history of mankind. This isn't up for debate. It's a cold hard undeniable fact.

Where you guys from?
SEATTLE!! 🤘
I wonder if these guys who are now gone had a will where they would of wanted to be laid to rest
If only you could spell "Seattle" in the title...
Heather Winebrenner XD
Rain Nirvaniac it's hip to express in real words. Do over?
Heather Winebrenner nah that's a haha face, I don't care for dumb emojis. Just simply agreeing with your comment there because I had noticed how they spelt Seattle
Heather Winebrenner it's also "hip" to not be so snooty with your remarks back to somebody over a emoji , I am from Seattle I found it comical and sometimes I just don't feel like typing down a whole bunch of shit and then other times I do! so I personally think that it didn't hurt just putting that little face down, I'm sure you'll survive just fine. Do over?
Heather Winebrenner here comes wanna be teacher @school
Stone Temple Pilots deserve to be ranked up there with these four, even if they're not from Seattle. There were five bands and five albums that helped bring grunge and alternative rock music into the mainstream in the early 1990s. Honestly, Pearl Jam is really great, but I don't like them as much as the other four. I can't deny Eddie Vedder's immense talent, but the band just doesn't quite compare with those others as well to me. That said, if I had to rank the five, it would be 1. Nirvana 2. Alice in Chains 3. Stone Temple Pilots 4. Soundgarden 5. Pearl Jam. All great, some greater.
for me i'll switch the spots of Nirvana and Soundgarden
DEAR MEN OF THE 2020S, PLEASE HAVE LONG MANES.
We need to bubble wrap Eddie. We've lost far too many.
I love so much Seattle ..........grunge is the greatest music ...........I am 14 years old and I hate 2000's ........but I love SO much 90's ....I admire Kurt , Christ , Layne and Eddie they are my idols ε>…………
You have great taste for a kid. I bet you are above average intelligence for your age. Take care.
It's the 2010s
Yparcoun Ellhnes ths hlikias moy poy akoune grunge? 🙈😌
What is the song at 3:42?
Soundgarden - The Day I Tried To Live
What song at 0:07? please
Man In The Box
Where is candlebox??
We're not considered cool.
I don't know if this has happened to anyone else that's experimental with music but after listening to many other "Seattle sound" bands, Nirvana has gotten very mediocre. I still love them, but I won't listen to them as much as other bands from that time period
Absolutely. All 3 other bands are muuuuch better. I was an ultimate Nirvana fan at the age of 10 to 15, then switched to metal and different grunge bands. AiC, SG and PJ are brilliant. Nirvana is good, but it's more Kurt's person, then the whole musical act. Never listen to Nirvana these days, but still dig the bands mentioned above.
Trey Castillo Nirvana were nowhere near as musically talented as Soundgarden. Soundgarden are jazz in rock form. Don't believe me listen to Matt Cameron's ride patterns. Also listen to the many odd time signatures Soundgarden played in. Most rock bands just stick to 4/4 but Soundgarden played in 9/8. No rock bands played in 9/8. Alice in Chains played phrases in 6/4 but no,rock bands play in 9/8. Finally listen to the Steve Gadd inspired polyrhythms on Jesus Christ Pose. These are seriously talented musicians but Nirvana were the essence of punk 1,2,3,4 One Chord Wonders but then to release Nevermind and have the impact it did and opened the door for all those 90's punks like NOFX, Pennywise etc was amazing. Grunge was to denigrate them. These are punk inspired rock musicians like Foo Fighters in the way they grew out of the punk scene but played rock music.
Like most post-90s kids, I was introduced to grunge through Nirvana. As soon as I heard Badmotorfinger, the entire Nirvana catalogue dropped about 30 notches in my mind. Soundgarden were fucking boss. No other Seattle band fused that many styles into such a unique, captivating, elegant, demonic experience. Most versatile band I've come across in my memory.
Agreed,Nirvana just has the same feeling through all their albums
Well Nirvanas catalog isn’t as long as the others....obviously, plus Kurt wanted to branch out into acoustics similar to unplugged, which was the best one imo.
Layne, Chris, Kurt made our lives so much better
So grateful, so fucking sad
What did mike do to jer😱
Looks like he kissed his pregnant belly lol
kurts pls
Justin doesn’t live In Seattle he lives in my House and he’s the best roommate ever
1. AIC
2. Soundgarden/Pearl Jam
3. STP
4.Nirvana
Sucks that they didn't add any of Layne's vocals on this. He blows all of these other great Seattle singers away.
Deborah Pritchard I love Staley's voice but c'mon, it's Chris fucking Cornell.
To me Chris is the greatest
I use to always consider soundgarden as a grunge band cos there from seattle they were apart of the scene and blah blah you know the rest but after so many years im now 18 and this was back when i was 13,14 i know clasify them as stoner rock cos lets be real grunge? Aint grunge a really boring word right now i mean god soundgarden hate to say the word seattle its like who cares! Do you think black sabbath were proud of birmingham? No they just wanted to go in and make music same as soundgarden for me now that ive grown up i do t classify soundgarden nor mudhoney as grunge i classify them as stoner rock cos there heavy in that genre grunge well grunge is the shit you get on your plate that you cant get off ;) sorry if i pissed of any grunge fans but after a while that word gets really old and boring
I didn't get pissed off at all, except that you said Mudhoney was not gunge - to me, Mudhoney, Green River, Melvins and Tad were THE definition of grunge. Then when Nirvana came onto the scene it became commercialised, and the music they made was a little more experimental, but the media always portrayed 'grunge' as being Nirvana, AIC, Pearl Jam and Soundgarden. PJ were most definitely not grunge, they lacked the cynicism and the nihilistic energy, and AIC and Soundgarden were always more metal. Soundgarden will always be my favourite though, because of the things you said, I guess - they didn't really worry about categories or fitting into any genre. They just experimented and did what they loved and in doing that they pretty much just created their own style. I seriously don't get why they're not more respected, because I think they were the most innovative and creative and probably the smartest of all their Seattle peers.
Hey remember what jack endino said stoner rock is really grunge 70s heavy rock continued
Do you have any appreciation for post ph what the hell there not really grunge for that modern rock alternative side like bush, puddle of mudd, failure, silverchair? Just carious cos i do i grew up with radio as a kid and all those bands were always on so as creed but i dont give a fuck about creed really xD
I never said anything about them being grunge.....bro
Alice In Chains is by far the best!
STOP PROSTITUTING SAV UR NOT GETTING A SOUNDGARDEN AUTOGRAPH
What is the song at 2:44 ?
