"wild and crazy idiot boy and articulate and introspective frog character" that is the realest thing i have ever heard him say
chris at the bowling alley reminds me of me when i just want to ignore all the bs and just be randomly giddy all day lol
The World/Everyone needs more of that for sure.
He goes into the pins and he remembers to lift his legs up . Lol.
How to be funny and clever round people:
Watch grunge band interviews lol
One thing all of them had in common. they were all goofballs by the looks of it. . Maybe it's a Washington thing or a gen x thing.
@@kylesoler4139 I'd say is a Gen X thing. My parents are Gen X and a lot of people dear to me as well, and they don't take (almost) anything seriously
Bad motorfinger Chris was something else lol
this vid popped up randomly on my recs even tho i’ve never been into any of the bands this man is in. I just fell in love with him over the course of the vid, then looked him up and now i am heartbroken to see such a beautiful soul was taken so soon
you should definitely check out his music with soundgarden, audioslave and his solo work!! he’s also done some insane acoustic covers that are on youtube if you wanna watch them! it was truly a HUGE, huge loss:(
@@niandracinemathere are a couple videos doing duets that are awesome too. Check out Chris with Cat Stevens doing Wild World, and Chris with Chester Bennington doing Crawling. Chris was the best and his music will live forever.
@@niandracinema I agree. He's one of my top artists of all time, his music and mind are great. As you see in the video lol
Don't feel bad, it's probably just another hoax, in fact it's very lucrative, Jimi Hendrix became Morgan Freeman and now has 2 bank accounts. Mama Cass became Bette Midler. Bill Hicks is Alex Jones. All the world is a stage.
He was insanely talented and I didn't realize how Damn funny he was😩😖😩
i love his dry humour so much!! it kinda reminds me of metallica and all their dry jokes and dad humour 😭
I remember having the biggest crush on him when I was a child (to be honest still do) I miss him
"What are you looking forward to the most from this tour with Guns ?" "Catering" 😂
god he was such a cool, kind, lovely, and humble soul 💗
And handsome plus that other stuff you mentioned...
Rock in peace Chris. Beautiful man.
He had the best sense of humor. What a guy. Such a loss to the world
the beautiful man, in all senses one can be
Dude, Hocus Pocus By Focus with Chris' vocal range yodeling in between a darker, more skull crushing reimagining of the riff in the song would've been my wet dream. So sad it was only a joke lol
Miss him so much! 💔 he was so funny and talented 🤍🕊️
I miss him too 😒❤️gone to to soon
Thanks for sharing this! When Chris died, some of the people he'd worked with said in the social media that they will always remember Chris for his great sense of humour. I didn't really understand those comments back then because I'd assumed Chris to have been a somewhat brooding character. I'd probably got that idea based only on the kind of lyrics he wrote. Watching this video helped me to put things in the right perspective about him.
A rock star who never acted like a rock star....RIP
Que hermosura de hombre! Su rostro parecia tallado por los mismos Angeles!! ❤
RIP legend
Always seemed down to earth. Miss you Chris.
Remember when people had fun? That's gone, for now. People will be back.
That's Jason Everman, a former Nirvana second guitarist in the first 10 seconds of this. I read somewhere, he also played bass for Soundgarden for awhile as well.
Literally the only celebrity death that ever made me cry. This weird, bizarre mother fucker wrote the soundtrack to my teenage years.
There's a story about him being in the room while Axel Rose did an interview. Axel was going on about how he wanted to spend all of his money to buy a huge, HUGE blimp and put his name on. Chris chimed in and mentioned that Fuji owns the biggest blimp in the world (No idea if this is or was ever true) and Axel started going on about how he is going to buy the Fuji blimp. Now, every time I hear the song "Wooden Jesus," I sing "Can I be saved, I spent all my money on the Fuji blimp" instead of "future grave."
I feel pretty much the same way about Prince. Im a GenX and his music saved my life. When he died something inside me broke. And now I have to listen to heavy metal to heal😂😂😂
You seem dumb.
Bro lmao, why haven’t i heard of this occurrence before.
@@Wanted-Dead-OrAlive the fuji blimp? I've never seen the story either. It's always possible my friend made it up. He always had some fucking deep cut rock stories, though.
Like when the singer of deicide killed a rat mid interview? Wild stuff
My man crush, right there. Miss you, bro 😢
Thank you for making this video and keeping this man's memory alive in our hearts. Chris, you are dearly missed.❤
Chris was the best RIP
LOVE CHRIS CORNELL!!!! LOVE HIS SENSE OF HUMOR!!!! LOVE THIS COMPILATION!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
We as generation X were blessed to grow up with this man’s talent
What a beautiful man, extraordinary talent. You are so missed.
Yes Chris was a cross between The Muppet's Kermit and Animal, he nailed that!!👍💕💕
Wen he's got the megaphone and the reporter is complaining about it being too loud, Chris's face is like, this is loud? Ur at a concert dude!
Chris Cornell is a lovely man, a lovely soul and what a GREAT sense of humor too!! Oh I forgot to mention what an incredibly beautiful voice he has!! I miss you Chris!!! RIP Chris!!😢🥰
love him soo.......
MINE DEARS GET ME .................STUDY HIM REVELATIONS ARE HERE DEARS >>>LISTEN
I like how Chris was human back in the day. Just like anyone of us.
He was like most people until you get fortune and fame and then different situations and things take over your “life”. I can put myself in his shoes but still can’t seem to make my way to the way it all ended.
Ha ha ha....the "How now brown cow" thing! Hahah
He's so easy to fall in love with
Chris and his silly self. Just love the guy as he could be goofy, but serious about his music at the same time. Gosh, I sure miss him, but I reflect a lot about him and Soundgarden's music and it warms my heart. Chris was the bomb and the band was the boss. I appreciate and the love the legend they are. The pioneers of Grunge ❤️❤️❤️. Feel tremendous sorrow for Jason and how they treated him. Showed no class on their part, but I am an empath.
They treated Hiro like shit too
@@alexisc1970 Sorry to hear that. What happened? Overall, Jason did good for himself. He enlisted in the Army and did well. He was in special forces as an Army Ranger and Green Beret. As I am sure you know Jason played with Nirvana and the band, especially Kurt treated him horribly. Jason paid for their first album, to be made as Kurt and none of the band members had any money to pay for it's production. It was because of him that got Nirvana off the ground and he never received any credit from the band.
Still such a sad loss. RIP CHRIS❤
He was so damn adorable.
Man I miss him
Wow this is a surprise it just showed up I still don't understand why hes not still here 😢
Great video clips!!
7:56 that part was from Road house blues by Jim Morrison
True
If you're serious, I don't think it's from "road house blues"...
@@vitalijuscistiakovas7843 Absolutely serious,Chris was a Doors Fan ,he used to cover some Doors’songs before he got famous
Road house Blues,Live version
Chris's music has helped me through a lot of shit. the acoustic set in Sweden, through quiting methadone cold turkey. well copious amounts of beer to and 3, 1mg tabs of xanax, but helped me through quiting those cold turkey as well. highly recommend the music, cold turkey is ruff lol, unless you have a large pair
@BreeFItzgerald I'm almost 46, still don't call myself an addict, lol, I believe it's a part of the human condition and just one hell of a learning curve but in the same breath, I don't trust a soul who hasn't been through the shit and come out the other side. it's been two years since I've put anything in my body, about to give the blues a try again. ✌️💚😊✊️
The muppets bits from the skee tv interview were so funny to me for some reason. lmao
7:57 wow Chris some how .akes fun of both Anthony Kedeis James Hetfield at the same time!!!
P.S. I do apologise for any bad spelling, I am just stupid.
2:31 This made me laugh so hard 😂 Love him💗
Loollll "can you believe it ????"
Sorry to sound like an old fart, but, these were the "good ole days" when we had Soundgarden and all of the bands of those days. The 90's and early 2000's.
Soundgarden was best in the late 80’s!
Saudades do Chris! Saudades dessa voz!
Another good soul in heaven❤
I'm glad this showed up in my feed, I just had that song flutter girl in my head.
@5:26 ALICE IN CHAINS 🔥🔥🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🐐🐐
Chris KoRnell
goddammit Chris.....why'd you wanna leave??
From the title i wuldnt hav known chris cornell was being chris cornell
a common misconception
Chris was the coolest.
I've been a longtime fan of the Seattle rock scene (so called grunge by media) for almost half my life now, and as I've seen artists choose to leave this world, fall into vices, struggle with mental health I know this world failed them. And it makes me sad because even though Chris for example or Kurt had so many devoted fans I think there lacked a supportive fanbase like the ones artists have now, that type of feedback & interaction that helps many artists get through their own issues, I'm sure Dave Grohl would agree. A young Chris, and others, deserved to have a better support system and people failed them, because they were seen as "manly rock/grunge men" who dont cry or show emotions, who are "supposed" to hide their struggles in their rebellious anger against the system, who are too cool to have healthy lifestyles etc. There was a ton of pressure put onto them, and it was sad honestly. But that's not the whole point of course, they all had their personal issues along the way. I just wanted to appreciate how nowadays content creators share their love for artists, whether rock or pop, male or female, from a place of endearment and appreciation to their personalities, it was so rare before.
The point of it being loud is the whole point. It SHOULD be loud, it's rock n roll or METAL music after all. R.I.P. Chris Cornell.
Loud Love ♥️
4:30 That made me laugh.
Somehow im happy that i only opened up my eyes to ALL the music this man made, after his sad end, because i would have been so sad if that happened now. Not only the best pure rock voice in history, but also a beautiful soul, with unfortunate demons in his mind. Forever grateful for the music this man blessed us with
The stupid UK reporter being totally serious..."Yes, I do think it is too loud. Don't you think it's too loud?" Chris answers," Yeah..isn't great?" And looks at the reporter with a big cheesy grin on his face then looks into the camera and smirks. That was iconically Chris. Satire at it's finest!
Never expected those words to come from Duvall at the end
I LOVE YOU. I LOVE YOU SO FUCKIN MUCH FOR POSTING THIS

Chris Cornell was 6 foot 2 inches tall, how tall is that dude with the mic who said the bull horn was too loud?
That reporter dude is Dutch, so he's probably pretty tall
You mean Riki Rachtman? He used to be an MTV vj
@@alexisc1970 nah, the large dutch dude who didn't like the megaphone

These random things make me miss soundgarden so much! 🤘
🥲🥲🥲🥲 i miss chris and sound garden
Couldn't believe it when I heard he died. I thought WHAT ? Not again.
I hung out at the local bowling alley when I was a desperate fool at the age of 17! Reely I was about 14
Brown cow, alright!
Your perspective is welcomed, I appreciate your opinion as well, thanks!
Brown cow lol I love kermit you animal lol
Rad video but ur getting a sub because I LIVE in usually just a T-shirt!🤘🎸🤘🎸🤘🍻🍻

as an avid fan of RHCP, I can confidently say at 7:57, thats definitely Jim Morrison, "the Doors".
0:18 that guy must be tall as hell
hello I just have to say that I came here for cornell and then there were fru videos??? I think we're actually the same human
ILYSM
5:26 is that Layne?
I thought the same too.
yes!! layne and eddie
💔
As a fellow NZer i wanna know wtf he's doing with a perhaps not so random NZ note in his wallet 🕵♀
This hurts right in my meow meow 🐱
So he wasn’t depressed for his early career. Interesting. Or he hides it well??
Usually people who suffers from depression has the best sense of humor. And Chris had the best sense of humor. They hide their depression behind laughs and smiles and make people laugh. That’s why Chris was so well loved ❤
@@namelessghoulphantom Hmm yeah. That’s interesting. But he definitely seemed different in his early career.
I'd rather Susan Silver fase.
Yeah…esp based on how silly he is here, I can’t imagine how he ended up with that self-important, ::insert a few other negative adjectives here:: VK.
Such an unlikeable woman…the Scream video says a lot. So did that “Never Far Away” live in Berlin video that got “mysteriously” clipped. Love how he was openly over her shit 🤣
would skip being on mtv, it’s embarrassing for all who appeared with those vjs, it’s on them too for schlepping. Yes the on air personas suck sooo much.
Wow, I’ve never seen videos of Chris when he was much, younger. Wow what a immature jerk he was. He was full of himself and very insecure to have acted that way. Somewhat dissapointing but he perfected his craft and interviewing skills obviously as he got older, thank goodness!!
he wasn’t immature or a jerk. he just has dry humour, and when you’re a celebrity people bother you a lot so you gotta keep it light and make fun back at the interviewers
I see, well maybe I miss understood he situation. I see that the interviewers are somewhat lacking professionalism and are not very focused or respectful.. I’ve just seen interviews of him much later on only. A totally different perspective and a much meeker and humbler actitudes. That impressed me a lot about him. These other times, they all seemed so full of arrogance and lacking any humility. That’s what I ment. I guess most successful bands go through stages getting use to becoming popular and relevant in the music business.Hey it’s just my opinion, it shouldn’t offend anyone…But that’s for your your perspective, it’s welcomed!
I'd say it's an impersonation of Eddie Vedder.
Babylon
A feeling you get when you are supposed to grow up and stop acting like a goof off every chance you get.
RIP
Chris Cornell
(it was Christ and it is a set up)
Who?
uncultured
@@niandracinemaagree with you
Do You live on a Buble or You don't count with good taste In Music
Uncultured? Just plain stupid
I heard he had severe TDS.
Reminds me of when I bought the Superunknown album and listened to it for 2 weeks straight.
8 hours a day every day.
Out of a music collection of 600 albums, accumulated over a 40 year period, I have never listened to a new album for longer than 3 days, With the exception of Soundgarden Superunknown in 1994.
At the time he took medicaments it was over. Same w Scott Weiland, but he went wild.
Dude, he’s dead, leave him alone
huh.
Hey, shut up and leave us alone
Should be called Chris Cornell being........ dead Chris Cornell.
