When I was in thirties my 5year old daugther remind me to tweet like a bird when doing car maintenance...i love to see your daugther around..love you both.. From philippines..
this is really helpful, thank you. So i have a 2018 CR-V and when I saw the air filter being replaced, they did it under the compartment on the passenger side, would I need to do that or will it be like this one as well?
Thanks. The one under/behind the glove box inside the vehicle is a cabin air filter. It is for filtering the air that comes through your vents when the a/c or heat is on. You don’t have to change it when you do your service. It is a good idea though to check it. Not sure if this is what you mean or not but hope this helps.
Enjoyed your video. Thanks for making it and sharing it. Out of curiosity, did you balance the tires to the appropriate PSIs before rotating? The recommended PSI for the front tires are different than for the rear tires. If you didn’t balance, did you notice a difference in performance?
It's always good to see people who care about teaching others, thanks so much
Thanks for the comment. I appreciate it.
I would probably do more of my own maintenance if I had a garage set up like yours. 😊 Thanks for the information.
Thanks. I understand that completely. I’m very fortunate to have a lift. It certainly makes things a lot easier.

Great video. The only thing I’d change is not going by the minder with oil. Change it at 5k
That’s what we do. I grew up changing it every 3k miles so 5k still seems odd but there’s no way I can do the 7.5 to 10k like it says it’s capable of.
Great video. Clean and easy to see.
Thanks
Good job...as we say in the south, you done good😊
Thanks.
Good video, very educational 👍
Thanks. I appreciate it.
Love the garage colors.... Go Carolina Panthers 👍
Thanks. Go Panthers!!
To use that tire rotation method tires must be non-directional - without a Rotation arrow on them
Correct
Excellent video
Thanks
Thank you for the video!
No problem
Can u do the brake fluid video?
Thx
No problem

@@savemoneydiy87 actually yes, that helps out so much and makes more sense.
Great video! How did the 1.5T engines perform? I'm in two minds whether to buy the older model 2.0 ivtech or the new 1.5t?
We have been pleased with it. It now has over 100k miles and have only done routine maintenance on it.
Thanks 😊
No problem

Thanks. No I just rotate them. I’ve never had any issues.
same psi front and back on the mk5 due to the TPMS system
Great video buddy. ? What torque wrench would you recommend
Thanks. I just have a cheap one from harbor freight.
@@savemoneydiy87 Thank you.
great video but you did not show which button you hit to show the 100 percent oil life
It’s at the end of the video. Unless I’m not getting what you’re asking.

No issues at all.
