Hurst shifter rebuild and install nsrt4

got a used hurst shifter to install in blue nightmare, well its not assembled correctly not the first time i've seen this. I go over and rebuild the shifter and the problems we had getting the well abused mopar sts out it does add a nice look to the interior.
