Cute! I never put dedicated homework desks in anyway, most of the time they either route to the dining table or put their homework on top of the computer, lol.
i really believe that since the new world that’s coming with the new expansion pack seems to most likely be inspired by san francisco, they may introduce townhouses as a new lot type. seeing as san francisco in real life is very full of townhomes… what if they call the pack townhouse living to fit the theme of the other location based packs we’ve gotten like cottage living and island living. it’s just a thought lol.
@@hayleywarren2043 A townhouse is kinda like an apartment, but a lot bigger-It's a single unit of a bunch of similar-if-not-identical houses built directly next to eachother.

that sims 3 house was literally my favorite when I was younger. It was the very first one I moved into too and I remember renovating it a bunch just by adding a bunch of rooms because theres a lot of land to the left of the house. Even now since building in the sims 3 is difficult its my favorite one to mess around with since its so plain and I can better wrap my head around it
My thoughts are, if all your base game builds are starting to look alike, then you should use more packs. You have a BUNCH of base game builds if people want to download them. So do plenty of other creators. I'd personally love to see Sims creators be able to use everything at their disposal and not be limited to just base game all the time. If someone wants to download the house that doesn't have all the packs, they still can, they would just need to replace the items that were in packs. 🤷🏻♀️

The issue I have with the basegame's build/buy isn't even that I use everything a lot, but that a lot of it has a very specific style that I'm just not that likely to use. I would actually prefer if the basegame came with just very basic and mundane items that fit in easily with each other without being very loud or specific, because it gives more variety for when you want to share a build with as many people as possible.
You could always build them the houses they deserve or modernize and renovate the original layout! I love the "inspired by" theme this needs to be a series!
