just a note, retribution is not before the OOA check, but after the attack entirely, as the window for it is "after an attack action THAT (emphasis mine) dealt damage to a friendly fighter" not "after an attack action deals damage to a friendly fighter"
It's especially important to have this window correct as unlike similar cards, it does not prevent being driven back, so often you won't be making your stronger range 1 attack actions with this card

Was sure we read after the deal damage step. We must've been tired. Cheers!

Nice game gents! I am really enjoying Skabbiks warband. Easy to score objectives and a really well implemented theme!

Yeah, they seem pretty fun for sure. Need more time with them though =)

I have one question about this gang and one general question. Starting with the general one, in the case of rats, do they inspire all of them at once or only the one that was just activated? I have 4 activations in one round, could I theoretically use 4 Book of Woe actions by activating only Itchitt?

      A) They do inspire all at once
      B) yes, you could indeed! Actions/attacks will have a text similar to "this ability can only be used once per round" if you cannot.
      Hope that helps, M
