I can't see any comment saying how cool the conversions on some of those moria goblins are. Well done!
Jordy's paintjobs are all stellar but these wood elves are my favourite. Good game and the list looks fun to pilot!
Luv it, very interesting combo with radagast, makes the army wood elf pyjama so much better, the terror bubble so you do not get overwhelmed and get some throwing daggers oven if you loose priority even if some guys are still free , natures wrath to knockdown enemies and increase killing potential and save your elves from dieing if they loose the fight, damn great
Its a brutal list, I am really interested to see it played more competitively to see how it goes. The only things I would change is swapping out Haldir for Gildor so some of the elves can be movement 8" and I would throw Radagast on a horse for extra mobility
I may be wrong but I think Haldir is required in the force due to the allies matrix with him being a hero of valour this would also prevent Gildor being allied in unless he was with another Rivendell hero of higher tier.

A good battle to watch, those throwing weapons were deadly! Also finished painting the first Kingdom of Saxonia house for the gaming table, it's nice to be able to add more potential interaction with the terrain and it printed well too.

The first few games have been filmed but since then we released the Kingdom of Durak Deep Kickstarter which went really well so I am considering setting up a proper studio. The Champions League season 3 would be the first project in the studio

Nice game. Felt like the goblins never really got a chance to get going. Radagast was a great play though! Esp vs goblins.

Nice bat rep! Love the elves v goblin matchup! Question too, doesn’t the roll off go 1-2 evil 3-6 good because of elven blades? I may be wrong but just wondering?

This is only the case for when you roll off for who wins a fight against a model with an elven blade. In these roll offs it was for who gets to use their heroic first

13:45 - I'm pretty sure the troll can spend half of its movement to stand and *then* takes the courage to charge a Terror-causing enemy. I'm trying to find the reference in the rules, but I cannot find it. I recall being told this and seeing some kind of verification.

Wait, maybe I'm getting that confused with a Heroic Move. Now I'm not sure.
Nah, if he's trying to charge, that happens before he moves at all, so if he fails the test, he doesn't get to move at all, including standing up. Makes it a real question as to whether you try to stand up and move, or do you risk charging. At least as far as I understand it.

Hello are the 2001 minis better then the newer stuff or pretty much the same? im struggling to find much info on the differences
Thanks for the comment, it's entirely subjective. I personally am a fan of the older metal sculpts but it's up to you which ones you think look better.
Some of the older kits are now produced in resin rather than metal and several people, myself included, prefer metal to resin but the sculpt hasn't changed

Thanks for the comment! Some people call out of box as an ineligible roll but for me a dice roll is a dice roll regardless of if it lands in the box or not
