Pass pawn value is too low, because it is the only piece other than Chariot can move and capture horizontally
In Chinese chess there is a Adage
「過河卒當車使」(Pass pawn treat as Chariot)
Pass pawn value should be 3-4 rather than 2

What will the notation of pawn moves look like if there are 2 pawns in two different files at the same time?)

Two sets of tandem pawns on two different files would also use the number system. So say these pawns are on files 5 and 7, then you can say 15+1 or 25+1 to push the pawns on file 5 forward. Same with 2 and 3.
