Hello, I just bought a an electric fireplace (color changing) from Amazon. I just put it together and within 30 mins of it being on (color only, no heat) the brightness is extremely dim when it’s on the highest brightness level. Almost like a bulb or something went out. Can I quickly fix this without having to take the whole item apart and send back. It was a pain to put together.
You’re giving me too much credit. My advice not expert advice, be cause I don’t know anything about that related problem. Amazon is easy to return items. So if you have problems with this fireplace now. Who knows if it will have more problems later. So I’d say replace it for a new one. Sorry it’s a pain to set up. 🍻
I have a similar unit, but the flame stopped showing , I checked and it looks like the led lights are not good anymore.. how can I make the flame blue and yellow ? … the heater and everything els work just fine ..
Yes it was still blowing heat. I’m sorry I’m not sure what the problem is. Try fixing the frozen flames and then see if the problem corrects itself. Or look for another video to fix the heat I guess. Best of luck🍻
Honestly WD-40 silicone grease. I don’t know if that’s the right kind but it seem to do the job. The problem is that the the fireplace is pretty cold and we get really extreme temperatures where I’m located. So you might wanna get a brand that works in extreme temperatures depending on your location because I think that might have been the reason that caused this.
@@williamlee5430 thank you for the reply. Ours is a fake fireplace mantle/electric fireplace bundle so I don't think it should have any issues with just some grease.

Omg thanks so much for this I paid almost 800 plus tax for my fireplace 9 yrs ago and it just froze aswell so I will be trying this ..wish me luck 🤞

I have one like that but mine it’s not showing the flames on the whole screen only on 1/4 of the screen.
Probably need to replace the bulb. I’m just guessing.
