Many of us question why he got on that helicopter but Ernie from TNT said it best death is one appointment we have to keep. When he was born God gave him 41 years on this earth so he could have been sitting in his kitchen or riding on his car God called him and the other 8 passengers and they had to answer
A 100% well deserved win to a legend and a fantastic person in general. R.I.P Kobe
Watching his short made me cry. So much love for his art. So much love for his way of life.
5x championships, 2x FMVP, 1x MVP, 18x All-Star, 2x Olympic gold medals( who gives a fuck about the olympics anyway) and 1 Oscar. UNREAL. #mambaforever #RIP
RIP and long live Kobe Bryant (August 23, 1978 - January 26, 2020), aged 41
You will always be remembered as a legend.
I like how the mic just rose up a little to match kobes height
Just a little? lol
About time they made it do that instead of people trying to adjust it and awkwardly bending over
God damn I still tear up every time I watch Kobe talk about his family... we miss you!
Damn, this hits so bad right now.
He trully is example of brilliance and greatness to all of us. RIP LEGEND
Respect... Kobe’s legacy is rightfully earned with this Oscar win even in the wake of tragedy that befell upon him and his daughter recently today.
The first and only NBA player to ever win such a prestigious award!
That was AWESOME that Kobe received an Oscar! Just wish his life wasn't cut down so short! I'm not a Lakers fan but Kobe epitomized what you can do on and off of the court! You are MISSED Black Mamba!
I’m glad he made Dear Basketball. It’s the best way for me to rewatch it and regain his inspiration in basketball. He was my hero
"Basketball players are meant to shut up and dribble" is kobe mocking that reporter that was beefing LeBron? 😂😂😂😂😂
Glanced Yes.
Rohan B hahaha
Glanced No, it’s what Trump tweeted about LeBron
@@dustinbrowne5145Laura Ingraham said it on her show after the Lebron vid came out.
Of course he threw a shot. And it was well aimed lol
" ti amo con tutto il mio cuore" proud and honored to have had you in our beloved country.. still so sad for your incredible lost
''Basketball is my refuge, my sanctuary. I am again a child in the yard.
When I get here everything is good.''
-Kobe Bryan... rest in peace 1978 -2020😔😔.

What a terrible loss!! RIP brother!
So humble and down to Earth... such a loss!!! RIP Kobe!💔
I am already 40 years old and still playing ball. STILL SHOUTING KOBE EVERY SHOT!
The look on Kobe’s face when he received it, he was in Aw. A legend gone way too soon
Watching this over again, made me cry . RIP Kobe and Gigi !!
Kobe Bryant is now tied with Stanley Kubrick.

Killing me now...Legend...He touched everyone in the world...RIP Kobe
I keep saying how glad I was for Kobe to experience and enjoy winning in other areas besides in the NBA. Very very glad for him. Obviously it's very unfortunate late January of this year the incident happened, but I know he and his girl is lit up among the purple and golden stars in heaven
He literally won everything. R.I.P 💔
RIP Kobe and Gianna and everyone that died in that crash❤
RIP, this just shows how legendary he was on and off the court.
I should absolutely watch more animated shorts
