    That's truly one of the best guitar I've ever played (in this price range) ! And I'm not saying this because I'm a Muse fan ...
    Smooth, truly incredible sustain, great hot bridge pickup, comfortable neck, body shape and lightweight ... Neck pickup sounds a little bit "thin", but OK. The killswitch is great to use while playing with a Digitech Whammy for more interesting sounds.
    I definitely wouldn't change anything on it !

    Hi Folks. I had just bought a MBC-1. It's a nice little guitar but I am getting some string buzz on the 5th Fret on the bottom E. Any ideas how I can fix it without destroying the guitar? Thx for your help.

    these demos dont do the guitar justice. yes it was probably built cheap in Indonesia, but it was designed and engineered by Manson - matt's go-to for guitars. The amp or output device has a massive say in the sound of the guitar and the tones that seem to always be picked in these demos are the ones that least suit it. the guitar was built for muse fans and the pickups are specifically created for a muse sound and are incredible once you've played with tone and effect. this guitar IS incredible for price - I for example use it with the boss katana-50 and after a little practise with the onboard effects and tones, have managed to create a brilliant muse-ish sound. this guitar is brilliant

    I thought Matt played Manson Guitars with the built-in KAOSS screen?

    • @jmelara324
      @jmelara324 4 года назад

      He actually started with guitars utilizing Tune O Matic bridges and Fuzz Factories where the Kaoss Pad would be later. Around 2006 or 2007 is when he started using guitar with Kaoss Pads. Around 2012 here started to use the guitars with Kaoss pads a little less. This guitars bares a similar resemblance to the guitar(s) he’s used more prominently since 2012. These are known as the Matt Blacks

    • @yitboy11
      @yitboy11 8 лет назад +14

      +HARwinsOUTagain He doesn't. He plays a Manson, but Manson is a small builder who couldn't produce a mass market "Signature" guitar. In comes Cort

  • @daleonov
    @daleonov 8 лет назад +1

    So... does MB play it live or in the studio?

    • @NamelessSmile
      @NamelessSmile 8 лет назад +2

      nowhere. this is a budget version of the Manson mb which he plays various versions of live. but cost a lot of money

    • @daleonov
      @daleonov 8 лет назад

      +Anees Dadou So it should be called "Matthew Bellamy Signature, but not really, Guitar". Not cool, Belamy, not cool...

    • @NamelessSmile
      @NamelessSmile 8 лет назад +3

      +Даниил Леонов (Daniel Leonov) I think it's alright. most people will never be able to afford a real one and Manson couldn't make one for anywhere near this price regardless of specs

    • @Thenasos
      @Thenasos 8 лет назад

      +Anees Dadou Yeah this is made in Indonesia i think its like fender and sq or gibson and epiphone. Manson let cort copy the guitar but with lower quality. And it sounds really fuzzy to my ears

    • @SantomPh
      @SantomPh 8 лет назад

      the man who designed his Mansons said at the last NAMM that Cort offered to let him design a budget version of the guitar-so no Kaoss pad and other custom electronics.

    this guitar can be compared to a fender?

    • @muhammadihsanaulia4391
      @muhammadihsanaulia4391 8 лет назад +2

      Yes, with Made in Mexico Fender because the price is identical,not The USA one
      This guitar has a little bit fuzzy sound, meanwhile Fender has more clearly twangy sounds
      They will say that it is the sound characteristic of Matt Bellamy's guitar, meanwhile if you look at few making videos of muse albums, you will see that Matt record many of his Songs with Original Vintage Fender Strat

      not many people would buy it, that's the problem.

    • @Sifuben
      @Sifuben 8 лет назад +1

      Manson have offered off the shelf versions for a couple of years and have always offered them as custom builds.

    • @src248
      @src248 8 лет назад

      +Zachary Schreiber Yeah, you can buy what Matt plays from Manson but they're damn expensive, so they made this version for people without thousands to spend.

    • @zachsrhine
      @zachsrhine 8 лет назад

      +twdeneka I feel like that about a lot of custom models today, not many players are trying to get custom models
