David, the original Döner Kebap was invented in Berlin/Germany by Turkish immigrants who needed a quick and filling and affordable meal. If you buy it in Germany, you get a pita bread and tell the people in the Kebap shop to fill it up with yogurt dip, spicy sauce, lots of green salad, onions, tomatoes, red cabbage and freshly sliced chicken or beef on top. It’s not that unhealthy if you order it like that. The German Döner is nothing like the doner (slop) that they sell in the UK. I know this because I am German and have lived in the UK for a long time. Hope this helps. ❤

Only that's not a plate. It's a serving platter at best but I'd call it a more of a trough. She's having a trough (or more) of food per meal, plus multiple desserts AND some snacks within the next hour or two. She's not doing Mukbang videos - she's just living one giant, perpetual Mukbang.

I drink my coffee with protein and then sometimes I'll have some eggs or turkey bacon...most of the time just the coffee, then lunch time I make turkey or salmon burger or beef burger with salad or stir fry veg and quest chips and dinner is always a protein, veg, and carb. I'll usually have a quest smore bar before bed...but I'm trying to slam in the proteins. And those kinder bueno are my treat but I'm also cleaning, running errands, getting those steps in, play dates, swimming, or at the gym. 😂 I can easily forget to eat so I literally plan it all out to get it in
