Keihin 36 Air Striker problems on my 2017 KTM 300 XC-W

Ever chase potential jetting and float issues down 100 rabbit holes and had to pull the carb on and off the bike over 20 times with the same results? Well this is what I learned after "thinking outside the carb".

My 2012 300xc had that carb with suzuki needle and was flawless
