Being able to travel between worlds would be hella cool, but a lot would depend on how you left your home world and how much time has passed. If you have been dead & buried back home for months / years, what do you have to go back to?
@@scuair8281 Naofumi's still one guy, he can't do everything all by himself until he went god mode at the end of the web novel and even that might be changed if the event even gets adapted into the LN. Also the reason the other weapons seems useless is because the three stooges had no idea what they were doing, in fact the spear hero was actually supposed to be the strongest in offense.
I was just reading the first volume of the light novel and was reminded that the slave trader had originally sought Naofumi to try and enslave him for a noble. This video just told me how fruitless of an effort that would've been now.
Hearing this makes it all the greater since Trash was too much of an idiot to know that the heroes he favored, Motoyasu especially, that the three weren't the first choice to be chosen; it was just out of desperation.
I would like to know the traveling companions of the heros. I would want to travel back to the world I was summoned because if I brought someone with me to my world I would want to have that access so that I or they could go back and forth between worlds.

He made a small mistake as there are two types of Weapon Heroes, the four Cardinal, and seven Vassal/Seven Star. Cardinal are only brought in via summoning rituals, while the Seven Star can both summoned people from other worlds or people of that world.
I would pick reward three. I'd be able to have my normal life but then return and have all the privileges of option two. Also I'd really prefer the shield as my weapon I've always preferred a defensive strategy.
That is interesting that the cardinal weapons offers you that you can bring party members back to your original world that would be interesting for Naofumi, Raphtallia and Filo.
I'd choose to return to our world, but be able to come back whenever we want. Think of it this way, while we may lose our powers while in our world, the instant we go back, we'd probably regain them. Even if we didn't we'd have allies that would fight for us because we fought them in the past. Then if you think again, the world in shield hero is very different from our world fundamentally, so we can bring back tools we get from that world and maybe make a living selling things from that world in our world, and maybe even selling things from our world in theirs
In the novel, I had the impression it was a one of. Like you'd go back to resolve what you'd what to do, say your goodbyes and then, you're permanently in the other world.
If I had the victors choice the weapons give; it’d be a coin toss between returning home and being able to free move between the 2 worlds (my own and my summoned one). Although depending on some other circumstances and some other things of a negative nature would influence me to return home with anyone willing to join me. Also I did not know about the weapons choosing process for their wielders; thus with this new knowledge that ‘Compensator’ Motoyasu, ‘Babyface Bowman’ Itsuki and ‘Edgelord’ Ren were 2nd or more choices makes me amused, while my awe for Naofumi reaches some new heights in contrast.
I would pick wish #1. Honestly, I hate being forced to do something I don’t want to, and I would want to leave that place instantly. Freedom of choice exists, and I choose this.

Depending on the classifications and conditions for the third option I’d choose it. Especially, if it essentially allowed for a “playback” or rebirth from the past time line. You could essentially play it over and choose all the correct, necessary and fortune worthy path’s to give you a better end result. Especially if I was naofumi. Knowing everything that would happen, he could essentially cut short a lot of issues/problems that occur right from the jump. Eg. killing bitch after the trial and destroy her soul. So not only the other heros don’t get corrupted by her. But, will also save a lot of innocent people that would’ve gone into slavery as either work or sex slaves or slaughtered simply because she felt like it. (P.s it would also save us readers a lot of frustrations as well).
Able to go back and forth between worlds (or is it like the well in Inuyasha?) would be my choice, visiting with friends and escape things would be nice I don't understand how the weapon is tied to the user, for the shield it's easy, for the others, they lose that hand?
