2fresh Garlic cloves grated
Small bundle parsley
Sea salt pepper
Olive oil
1/2 cup or a cup of Grated parmasean cheese

Ms Gina...if you brush your mushrooms with olive oil before you cook them this stops them from shrinking also try grating some zucchini and add it to the mixture...soooo yummy 😋

Ms. Gina, Ms. Gina, Ms. Gina........girlfriend! First, let me say that you have truly been blessed in more ways than one. I'm sincerely enlightened each time I watch one of your videos. Your "special delivery" is so whimsical & eccentric, I could listen to you all day & night! Also, your little "catch" words & phrases keep me laughing, like "Trust me when I tell you this" and "OK?" and "ABSOLUTELY!" My least favorite part , though, is at the end when you taste the finished product, then tell us how good it is, while you're drooling (so are we, too). Then you have the audacity to stick the food all up in the camera! Lastly, Ms. Gina, I know GOD knows your heart and that he loves us dearly, but you said that prayer so fast, I don't even know if GOD could keep us with you. You might want to run that back by HIM again when you say your bedtime prayers - you know - just in case he missed something. Ms. G, girl, from my heart to yours, I send you much love. I dont know if you just like to grate your garlic but i love my garlic press.
I prefer mine from a glass jar or plastic squeeze container - already minced &red2go.

I make stuffed mushrooms around the holidays. I use baby Portabella and I use crabmeat mixture.. That’s why I make it just the holidays crab is expensive. We love it
