It doesn't matter what you are showing or crocheting I just love to watch and hear you talking, you have the sweetest voice ever Thank you for your kindness
O WOW, Bonnie, I can do this!!! You don’t know how many videos I’ve watched and for some reason I seem to get lost and say forget it BUT😊😊😊😊 I can do this one with your instructions 😊😊 I’m sooo happy, thank you thank you thank you ❤ I made my Granddaughter a granny square afghan that I learned from your granny square video. She loves it. I did it in spring yellows and oranges and named it Sunshine 🥰
Glenda, thank you for this excellent tutorial on how to make this Granny Afghan. Thank you for all your support for the Premier Yarn Brand. Premier Sweet Roll Frostie is already one of our customer's favorites. We commend you on you incredible teaching skills. You inspire everyone who watches your videos. You are so calming as you present what to do step by step. Thank you for bringing so much love and joy into our world through all the works of art you create with yarn!
I really like this pattern I can imaginethis blanket with alot of differant colors, and can hardly wait to pick out my colors to work with .Thank you for sharing.
Hi Glenda. I'm so glad I saw this tutorial. I have wanted to make a blanket like this for a while now. I saw one someone else was showing us how to do and I just couldn't follow them. The way you show how to do it is wonderful I know I'll be able to follow this when I'm ready to make the blanket. So thank you Glenda you're a great teacher. See you later
Really like the blanket. I don't know why, but whenever I see those colors I think baby blanket. But that puncho was beautiful. Thank you as always for everything you do for us ❤️
Glenda...thank you so much for this pattern! I just finish a granny square blanket and now I know how to make a rectangle granny square blanket. This came at the perfect time!! Thank you!!
I searched for a,pattern for a rectangular blanket that turned the work after every round because that's the way I always do my squares. Keeps the blanket from twisting and skewing and best of all means there is no wrong side and right side. Glad I found your pattern. Thank you.
Thank you for the wonderful tutorial! Your voice is so calming and clear. And I can finally see what is happening with the stitches. Other tutorials haven’t worked for me even after multiple attempts and rewatching the video 4 and 5 times! With yours I got it on the first try! 🌸
So beautiful. I do watch Jennifer. It is like sitting with a good friend. Thank you for your tutorials I have been wanting to learn the rectangular granny square blanket
I have to say I followed your video and OMGGGG YOU GAVE ME THE BEST WAY TO MAKE A RECTANGULAR BLANKET!! You cannot see where u join and I absolutely love that!! Ty ty Ty sooo much !! Love ur channel. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Lovely afghan. I'm glad you mentioned getting the fourth ball. I always get an extra ball for any project so I have enough for swatches. Thank you Glenda for sharing your happy mail.💖
I forwarded the link to this video to my friend Traci here in Indiana. She has recently mentioned the want to learn how to do the rectangle granny afghan. I love sharing your videos any chance I can. BTW I was in joanns the other day and saw your dress me up towel topper pamphlet there for sale. I stood there staring at it like a star-struck teenager, seeing my friends publication on sale there.
Thank you so much for your time and patience. I have been trying to do this pattern for years. This is the simplest way I have ever found. Thanks again.😊😊😊
I love this it's beautiful I don't like the four weight yarn I like the five it's easier for me to use the five because it's bigger my fingers will not hold the small string I love to watch
I've always wanted to make a granny blanket like this but never figured out how. You make it seem so easy the way you explain how to do it! I love your tutorials!
Thanks for the tutorial. I love the Sweet Rolls. Have almost all of the Frostie plus the other sweet rolls. I love Premier Yarns and their C/S is great.
I make this blanket all the time, in fact I used all my baby yarn up had three boys and a girl 😅. Thank you for all your patters, they sure have helped lately. Thank you for the yarn info, too. You’re an angel 😇
I like her videos and she is a very good instructor and she explains how to do things. But I have been crocheting and knitting since I was little. We're do you live and can I ask how old you are?
Good afternoon Miss Glenda I cannot wait to see your granny square blanket! I cannot wait to see your unboxing from Premier yarn? What a beautiful blanket
Thank you Glenda you inspire me so much and you're right you must chain 3 and turn your work that is very important. I am working on a rectangle granny using your granny square that covers the holes right now I need a little more information on this I'm making this for a throw over my recliner chair any pointers for that would be great.
You've given me a super new way to do an afghan. It had not occurred to me that it could be done as a rectangle. I think my next project might just be an afghan. Many thanks and happy crocheting, from Tess in Birmingham U.K.🇬🇧💖
Hi Glenda, thank you for doing this pattern and letting us know it will require more yarn. I've often thought about doing a rectangular granny blanket and you made this look so simple. I think I will have to give it a try. Have a beautiful blessed day 🙏🏻🤗💖
Thanks for the tutorial, Glenda! To the best of my knowledge (you know how the memory gets with age, lol), it's the first time I have seen it done that way, I love it xx
Thank you for the tutorial and the heads up about ordering 4 balls. I saw this the other day and almost ordered the yarn, so glad I waited now I can get the correct amount. Thank you Glenda, I just love watching your very thorough tutorials
This is a beautiful blanket. I made a baby blanket a couple of years ago using this yarn. It was great to work with and it turned out so pretty. I love this yarn. 💜🙏🏻
Beautiful. Thank you for sharing. We are ICED IN, in Ft Worth, Texas, for the last two days. So I am trying to catch up on some projects. You are Correct, premiere yarn is wonderful, and is very nice to work with.
Beautiful tutorial Glenda. It tried this type of blanket years ago, and I didn’t like it and frogged it. This is more the style I was hoping for. Maybe I’ll try it again when I get a chance. Thank you!
I am in the middle of 3 projects right now but, saved this video for a coming soon make. Thank you. I have also ordered some plastic faces on ebay for the decorative potholders I plan to attempt
Love this method, thank you! Question, if I start out using a 6mm tapered hook, would it be ok to then use an in-line hook on same project? (Is it an in-line you’re using here?) thank you! I want to get started on a project but only have tapered and am wanting to use the in-line but don’t want to run to the store today! Hahaha
Love Premier yarn. I just wish it didn't take so long to ship. About 10 days just to get the order ready plus shipping days on top of that ( domestic).
I got a few rolls of the sugar plum. I wanted to make the sugar plum blanket and sugar plum poncho. I just realized that the blanket is for knitting. I've only ever knitted scarfs and used looms otherwise. So now i am unsure what to do as i don't understand the pattern now 😂😭
You’re just the Best crochet teacher ever! Please don’t stop your wonderful crochet tutorials, I’m learning so much🩷😅🙏🫶🏼Thank You 🥰

I've just made this blanket, and I'm wondering if it needs a border? Thank you!
Hey, I love your videos, and this pattern, but I’m not sure how to count my rows or do I just go until I get measurements. Please help.
I got a few rolls of the sugar plum. I wanted to make the sugar plum blanket and sugar plum poncho. I just realized that the blanket is for knitting. I've only ever knitted scarfs and used looms otherwise. So now i am unsure what to do as i don't understand the pattern now 😂😭
Do you have to turn your work and if so why?
Yep Color Control uses more yarn.
lt nice do you make a border for it
I dont want to use granny stitch how else can I make it!
