Looks great and you did it right with the big chunk of bread. My favorite Christmas dish. I just made it last week. I’ve been having it since I was a kid way back in the last century. My mother always made it and now my sisters and I do. We use 2 bottles of clam juice in place of seafood or vegetable broth. I never made it outside on the grill but I think I’ll try it that way next week. Good job!

Oh wow I love the wok!! We have one, but it's not super seasoned yet. This is a dream dish. Dreamy seafood. I used to get to cook numerous wok items at golden corral. I loved using that thing. Lots of folks have those griddles. I decided not to get a griddle because I feel I can do everything the griddles do with the disc. I would buy the disc again because you can make stews and soups in addition to frying.
