A perfect example of too many Cheifs…. You had DOZENS of PD/CHP, a drone with direct view of the perp, tactical team (s), military equipment and TIME SLOWED. No action. Very baffeled by the slow response

Nevermind the danger created to everyone on i-80 during the actual chase. I'm not saying it's okay for someone to fire a gun at a random car, but many of these police chases are unnecessary and put motorists at risk.
