Standoff with shooting suspect shuts down I-80 in Solano County

Police in the East Bay pursued a suspect in a shooting through Richmond on I-80 Friday afternoon that ended with the suspect vehicle stopping on the freeway in Fairfield.

A perfect example of too many Cheifs…A large amount of time appeared to have been wasted at the expense of HUNDREDS of people on the freeway. You had DOZENS of PD/CHP, a drone with direct view of the perp, tactical team (s), military equipment and TIME SLOWED. No action. Very baffeled by the slow response
