Have you followed this case at all. It has been going for years because they were never able to depose Jones and pals in the pre-trial hearings. He was given every chance in the world to give an actual deposition. Due to years of his antics the judge was forced to make a default ruling. Alex did not turn up to court and did not cooperate with the court and so a default judgment was made in his absence which is the normal thing if you don't cooperate with the court or turn up to put your case forward.. So he blew his chance to mount a proper defence.

Not an Alex Jones fan, but trusting what the news tells you about a man they blacklisted is foolish. For those genuinely curious, farming industry chemicals made by Syngenta (one which has now long since been purchased by another company) were causing changes in the endocrine system of certain male frogs. The changes caused them to develop reproductive parts of both sexes and have the ability to reproduce (pretty messed up). I think a scientist (Tyrone Hayes?) was the one who raised awareness about it.
To learn more about the damage certain farming industry chemicals have done, look up Dr. Warren Porter (unsure if you can find his videos anymore). Also see the settlements that courts have ordered Monsanto to pay for the carcinogenic chemicals ( _Round-Up_ ) they've sold.

Sorry Alex but this isn't a criminal trial it's a civil one and you just found out what happens when you really piss off the judge. And spending over two years not complying with court orders and failing to turn up to give a dispositions. And the only reason the complainants have the documentation is because his lawyer is incompentant not because he freely provided them.
